  1. Rachel really creeps me out....wow, this season really picked up. This is the third good episode in a row, and I have the feeling that the last one will be great, too.

  2. Rachel seems obssesed with Neal (who didnt?)
Finally Peter talked with a little sense, expresing his worries about Neal :-"what Neal needs now is rules and structure, because he had a broken heart".
BTW, I love Matt Bomer expressions and body language while he talks about and with Rachel, you can feel the pain he was going through....well done. Congrats to the actor nd the director

  4. I especially loved the "through the glass" shot on Neal's face.

  6. I loved the episode but only because I managed to ignore everything that has happened between Peter and Neal up until this point. I liked the fact that Neal finally reminded Peter that he didn t close so many cases all by himself. Diana, Mozzie and baby were all great. Bridget is amazing, I truly hope they won t kill her off, I want her as a permanent villain and threat to Neal's safety bc her obsession with him ain t normal:))) Unfortunately Peter continues to be unlikeable, his condescending attitude at the end, telling Neal he wants to believe him but after all that Neal has done..... I wanted to smack him upside the head! If that's what the writers were going for, then they are amazing bc they've managed to destroy the Peter Burke that I have loved for 4 seasons. At this point I really don't care if he moves for good, I'm fine with Diana as Neal's handler and think they'll make a great team.

  7. I think it was worth it for Peter (finally! It only took four seasons!) to admit that he used Neal's abilities and accepting that he should accept that everything which lead him to this point were his decisions. (I knew that Diana would give him a piece of her mind).

  8. Pretty good episode. Loved having Diana back, she's one of the best characters, and her with Mozzie always make for great scenes. Mozzie with the baby was pretty funny too.

And I don't know about Rebecca, whose name I finally remembered, because on the one hand she's finally a more interesting character being evil, but on the other hand I'm incredibly annoyed by this whole "you love me, I love you" stuff going on. She's definitely a ways past crazy.

I usually can forgive TV shows when they go through relationships with little time and then have the characters suddenly in love, but I just never saw it between Neal and Rebecca. Out of all Neal's love interests, she seems the least suited for him, even though they keep saying she's perfect because she used all the stuff he liked about Kate, Sara, and Alex. Maybe it's the actress, or the fact I find her pretty bland as a character overall.

  9. This season is the best since season1, although both very different....I have to say that I understand why the ratings dropped during last season, too much Peter and Elizabeth...and too much Neal apologizing to Peter...he lost his edge and so did the show........but this season the writers figured it out....like it or not, we watch the show because of Matt, and second because of Willie...the "Bromance" stuff all fluff, the show is only interesting when Neal and Mozzie are the stars.....and that takes us to WOW...Neal and Rebecca, they are brilliant together and magic on the screen....2 great actors and Bridget brought life back to the show, which allowed Matt to shine as well...he is amazing as Neal Caffrey, con man... NOT...another Peter, which they were making him into.....my only regret is that they didn't figure out a way to keep Neal and Rebecca together as a couple....they fell in love, and if she wasn't a murderer, they would make a dynamic duo....I hope there is a season 6, with Neal off anklet to do what he and Mozzie do best...

  10. Exactly my sentiment...the first four episodes were great, the following five were more okay but none of them really bad (though the one with the false son looked like a script for season three they decided to just throw in) and not we had three additional great ones in a row (and most likely a fourth)...I didn't have so much fun in ages with this show.

  11. Great, perfect continuation of the saga of Rachel, allowing for fantastic interactions between the character and prepares you for the ending.

  12. I wonder if Peter is going to DC or staying in NY as Special agent in charge of white collar division ...I am sure that will address in the SF

  13. She is definately scray and dangerous......but there no way she is doing this alone

  14. That was a great episode directed very competently by Tim Dekay. I feel sad for Neal that Rebecca not only conned him but turned out very dangerous and evil killer. How is that even possible? I have a hard time getting my head around that bit. He's probably going to swear off women for a while now. He did love her. I'm glad he's asking for freedom and I think Diana will support him and put some sense into Peter. So is the diamond Mozzie's new u-boat treasure? Maybe Neal should just go and find Alex at her villa, she is a true friend and his kindred spirit after all.

  15. I agree with a lot of what you said. I wish they had somehow managed to develop Neal and Rebecca's relationship even with their cons. There was a lot of potential for storytelling there. They are a "dynamic duo" as you say. Best thing Neal had a romantic interest who actually is talented was really great to see and I bet Matt really enjoyed that.

  16. What did you think of the promo for the finale, and what will be the cliffhanger...maybe neal will run with Rebecca, he asked to get on the helicopter...maybe its a huge con to fool Peter

    ReplyDelete
  17. Maybe he gets into the helipcopter or a submarine..lol, but I guess we won't know until the next season if he got in willingly or was taken by Rebecca, or maybe a bit of both? What a *beep* crazy cliffhanger that would be! She did look like she was going to shoot him, maybe she does! You're right this may be one long con!
They better give us another season to bring it all together if they are going to leave us hanging.
