    I thought this was just okay. It totally missed its potential.

    I love Chin, and I'm always happy to see more of him, but this was not it. I think it was rather boring. Probably because we never heard of Chin's dad being killed before. So his unresolved murder came kind of out of the blue and therefore was not dramatic at all.
    All the actors did a good job, and I loved to see John McGarrett again. WS is always a joy to watch.

    But sitting in a room, talking about a case is not my idea of an interesting episode. Sorry, but this one was lacking big time. It had some really great scenes, but all in all, no thanks.

    I thought it was amazing. Really awesome episode, loved all the background stuff we got and Daniel Dae Kim did a good job. They've really stepped it up this season, so glad!

    Daniel Dae Kim was amazing, but meh at most of the episode being set in an interrogation room. That part was boring. But the backstory was interesting and sad! I loved that part of it.

    u're like me, i love 5-0 for stunts and all this, and my favs eps remain action packed episodes ususally :)
    but I like the way they balance everything this season ! we had plenty of Cath while Grace was missing, now a little less, next ep, big mcdanno ep, so Danno missing in 413, no mcdanno because we will have plenty of it in 2 weeks ... same for actions, we have had some great action packed episodes, and cool ones, this one was a cool and "relax", more on emotion even if we had some great stunts too ;)

    Love the ep, was glad to know more about Chin background story, and I LOVE how the writers brought back some stuffs from s1 ... was SO great !


    William Sadler was perfect, always glad to see papa McG !! and Robert Knepper killed it ! such an awesome actor !


    Miss Danno and Cath, let's be honest, but .... what could have they done ? a lot of things in 40 mins, so i'm fine with them missing, Glad to see Kono back too ! and some great action scene as well ! :) awesome ep


    now 2 weeks until the next one :( lol

    Not my favorite by a long shot, but a well written and acted show. It missed a lot of the ingredients we've come to love, but gave us a few fun tidbits -- the reason why Chin loves his big guns, John McGarrett alive, another snippet of time with Malia, but all in all, I agree that the IA investigation was kinda/sorta boring.

    I perfectly understand why Catherine and Danny were not in the episode, and there was no need to say where they were - obviously they were not on the island 15 years ago and would have had nothing to add to the investigation. They were probably back at HQ.

    Not detracting from DDK one bit - he was awesome. I wish we had known that his father had been murdered, though. Also wish Kono had made some sort of a reference to having known Steve's dad during the past 3 1/2 years she's worked with Steve! Malia having a drug lord brother? Well, that was news, too! Lots of new stuff thrown at us. Oh, well, that's what the H50 writers like to do to us fans from time to time!

    I thank kono's come back was the best since the begining of season 4 but Iam wrong cause Chin's centric episode is the Best. I have pleasue to wach this episode and this dont happening since last year.

    I love Chin and he deserved it and seriously Daniel Dae Kim have so much talent that now I hope they give him more screent time like others as Scott Caan or Grace Park.

    About the investigation, I like malia'sbrother story since the begining at the end. All things who can explain us Chin's past are good things, like his relation with malia and steve's father or kono.

    BTW You can see all the love chin had and still have for malia

    I love how steve support chin in this case, its the Steve we love and who cares for his ohana

    The scene of the funeral was so beautiful and sad that I still become teary-eyed there

    I love Kono here, I always love her but she was so sweet and OMFGGGG She meet Steve's father and help chin and john for the case. You can see that kono follow her cousins (love between them is amazing)

    Don't miss Catherine cause she dont have her place here its' about chin flashback, Chin story his past and 2 be honnest again dont' intersting me.

    And now, I am sure that there is a strong link unites chin and steve : the point common to all this it is the loss of a dear being (father's dead) and kono.

    And about Danno , well like some ppl says when GracePark missed, we know why he is not here so...And to be honnest I dont miss him that much cause like I said DDK wears this episode with all the talent which we know.

    So an excellent episode, I hope the next will be so intersting and the audiences prooves it again 10,42M ;-)

    Great job Ddk WAS amazing and glad to see kono young, but she never told to anyone that she knew john mcgarrett by the past
    Danny missed me but cath not anymore sorry and now i hope more episod with steve danny chin and kono only please mister LEnkov

    I loved seeing Chin's back story, and a little more about him and Malia. I think they were showing that the IA is not through with Chin or five-0. I don't think it was the best episode, but a good one. I'm looking forward to seeing Catherine again. I don't think she has been in as much as others believe. You can't have all people in all scenes every week. If you watch anything else you know that.

    I thought the episode was good but I find it a bit odd that they would only be questioning McGarrett and Kono. What about Danny, he has been working with Chin just as long as the other two? That was a bit strange for me... I really wanted Chin to hit that man!
