I thought it was good. I laughed as Joe was trying his country accent. It was funny. With Mark and Luke, i'm not gonna lie, i was very much looking forward to them this episode. And I gotta say. I was a little disappointed. I wanted MORE. And during the whole "family time dinner" Mark looked really sad. Kinda makes me think he's not in the game. I want him to be where Luke is. Yes i know Mark is more sensitive, but hell he's still crazy! I wonder what it would take to push his buttons? Hmmm.
Carlos needs to die. He's a rookie. I'm kinda bored with him, i'm actually rooting for the French girl to take him out. lol (I forgot her name) When she and the twins were talking in French, i was saying "Please yes!!" But seems he gets to live another day. When he dies, i hope he can take Emma with him!! OMG!! I've wanted her dead since season 1, and her cotton candy hairdo isn't doing shit for her!! She's annoying me even more so than before. I didn't even think that was possible but apparently it is!! I guess she'll reunite with Joe sometime in the season.
And are we NEVER going to see Joey again?? B/c i would like to see him. I'm glad he's living with his grandmother, out of harm's way. However, i still want to see him!! I don't feel like his character is over yet. At least i hope not.
I'm liking the different tone between Mike and Ryan this season. Mike isn't taking any of Ryan's shit, and he seems to have stepped up a lot more, instead of kinda admiring Ryan. I like that. And i can't wait to see what else Mike will do this season. I absolutely loved Mike last season, and i really think this season, he'll be more awesome than he was last season. He seems to have grown a lot more in a year.
pretty good ep, a bit on the slow side, but I get that was to set the stage for the inevitable return of the crazy in Joe.... glad that they didn't waste time in getting Ryan to "meet" the creepy twins. Even though I figure that Ryan thinks he's protecting Mike by distancing himself from helping him (not to mention his obsession) but I'm glad that Mike cut him out for now...
Idc about Joe killing that Unholy reverend. He pretty much deserved it. I was waiting for Joe to fall off the wagon. As for Sam, eh. A lot of actors do it. If they can't pull it off, then they need to have more sessions with their acting coaches. Nonetheless, i wish there were actually two of them instead of just one.
Actually for a moment i thought it was twins but when i saw the clip of the actors and producers talking bout the episode last night i saw sam underwood and under his name said Mark/Luke lol
Brilliant episode, those twins are creepy as f**k. Huge kudos to Sam Underwood. First episode I genuinely though they had cast twins. Surprised the hell out of my friend to, when I told her it was one guy. Nice shout out to Natalie Zea too by Joe, talking about the homework... "Miss Givens..." I know techincally she isnt a Givens in "Justified" but she was once - and he is her baby daddy :-) And on a last note.... 2 episodes. 2 shots of KB topless. Thank you!!
The twins are so creepy, Sam Underwood is doing a hell of a job. I am digging the Joe storyline so far, even though it was mighty obvious that he was going to kill the guy. As for Ryan, I like his storyline but I kind of wish he and Mike can see eye to eye already. I am over Emma though, I wish they had killed her off last year, she just annoys me now.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Excellent episode

ReplyDeletePoor, this show is quickly falling into the tropes that drove me insane last season and was hoping they learned from
ReplyDeleteI don't trust Lily and I desperately want to because I don't want her to become Molly 2.0
ReplyDeleteLets not forget Joe had a murdergasm lol
ReplyDeleteAlso have to hand it to actor Sam Underwood for portraying Mark/Luke must be hard to film two the same scenes but with different appearances lol
