  1. Hook centric. Maybe he's the death?

  2. Don't know 'bout you but I'd rather see Neal die than Hook

  3. interesting, especially because Goodman usually writes Rumple-centric episodes

  4. I never pay attention to whom writes which episode..
Never thought it was important till now!

  5. Not Penny's Boat! :O

  6. Well, both Graham and Cora died in episodes that were centered around their past...

  7. Damn, they just love to promote Hook don't they, guessing from the fact this will be a Hook centric episode. Though I agree with @vargesz, both Cora and Graham died in episode's that were based around their pasts. And people did say the death would be around episode 15-17 apparently.

  8. Well, sources say that the death has already been filmed and I think they're on episode 16 right now.
And I still think that there's no way they're gonna kill Hook.Graham and Cora did die on episodes based on their past, but that was pretty much all the development they got.We didn't know much about them before that point. We've seen multiple flashbacks of Hook already and they're also taking the time developing his character in present time.Seems like a waste of time if they just kill him now.

  9. It is not a waste of time: his death allow to have Swanfire wedding.

  10. I don't think Hook is the problem here.If they can work through 10+ years of trust and abandonment issues THEN Neal can worry about Hook.Although if that was the case they would be no need of worrying.Alas,I don't think it is...

  11. My comments are in relation to Hook or Neal, as we could have a bit of a parallel (his brother is also named "Liam"), or a bit of a juxtaposition to Charlie Pace (My comment wasn't to meant to invoke "exactness", just similarity with LOST ideas). We also don't know what episode the "Major death" is, do we? This could be the prelude to a death episode to for all we know. I'm just going along for the ride that this episode could "relate" to either character's deaths, as suggested by Klutzy Girl.

It could also relate to other characters, as I suspect that if the death isn't either of them, my bets would be on Rumple and this reference back to the Jolly Roger could also be a Rumple/Peter Pan reference, since you could also peg Rumple's dad Malcolm/Pan, as a "Roger" Linus like character...

  12. I know, I'm just saying that your reference was for a death that was heavily foreshadowed and was basically spelled out for the audience way before it actually happened, whereas this is more of a surprise.

  13. Just for fun:

  14. Hence the word "juxtaposition"

  15. Idk, this show references Lost a lot, so it's possible.

  16. It was just meant for fun and possible similarities. Personally I wish nobody major would have to die, but I also know we have been lucky and gone mostly unscathed! :)

  17. That and in any case, it would be an element of fate and a way to connect other things after the fact, which tends to make the loss all the more heartbreaking...

  18. I never thought about it that way.

  19. "That and in any case, it would be an element of fate and a way to connect other things after the fact, which tends to make the loss all the more heartbreaking..."
That just sounds like character propping, especially with something as vague as 'fate'.

  20. Why everyone just assume this means hook is the one that dies. Baefire spend an awful lot of time on Jolly Roger too, either of them is possible. And we already got the backstory of hook and baefire, they are primary characters not recurring characters like Cora and Graham, so I don't think the rule where characters die on their back story episode applies.

I really like hook, and young baefire, not into neal, who's been an asshole to emma, so in story perspective I'd like to see neal died. But if they kill hook off, I think I'll be relieved cause I watch this show now mostly because of him, if he dies, I can just skip this show which its quality has been deteriorating fast.

I don't think the writer would want to kill hook though, they like this character and the actor very much. already spend a lot of time to promote him, if hook's killed, I am pretty sure it's the actor's decision, because why bother to stay in a show with fading rating and popularity, when he was already got fame and recognition. He can move on to new and aspiring project while he's young. Graham got to star the fifty shades of Grey, much better than he could've got if the writers didn't kill him off

  21. Yes, that's one way to use "fate" (as an obstacle), but it should be noted that OUAT's mythos have stated that they are in fate-orientated universes, hence Rumple's visions from the Seer. The difference then is that these obstacles have more potential to have spiritual meaning (because the experience is then about choices and motivation), than just being obstacles (fate or destiny is often perceived to be about "actions" in relation to destination or destinations. To know there is pre-determined futures out there).
