    Is Maleficent's face suposed to look like that or was that botox?

    I'm pretty certain it's supposed to look like that: very angular cheekbones to contrast Aurora's soft features. Maleficent isn't human, as the pointy ears can indicate.
    That aside, botox doesn't do that, it would have to be some creepy custom made hard cheek implants...ew. It's SFX for sure.
    I am looking forward to this movie.
