Me too...I would love to be wrong and I think it def has a mission impossible aspect that might set it apart, but I worry about the chemistry between our leads. (and part of me hopes that if it doesn't make it, that he gets a part in Westworld, should HBO pick it up!)
They've been putting too much emphasis on the "virtual evidence wall" since they began promoting this show. I'm more interested in good stories and good action. I hope there's more to this show than CGI and the main character performing technological parlor tricks.
There will be good stories and action I think. CBS can't release the whole episode across their promos obviously. I actually like the CGI element and the 'virtual evidence wall'. It's an exciting prospect and I think CBS are hoping promoting it brings in viewers.
Yes, they can't release whole episodes as promos but they can choose what their promotion focuses on and in what proportions. CBS and the producers of Intelligence have gone way too heavy in promoting the technological aspects of this show over character and storytelling.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Awesome video. Thank you for the share. And i can't wait to see it, it just gets better and better with each video that comes out.
ReplyDeleteIts 'the Machine' Root would love him!
ReplyDeleteYeah good idea, let's just hope Intelligence is actually as good as POI ! ;)
ReplyDeleteI get the feeling it won't even come close to being as good, but i hope i'm wrong!
