Nevins also addressed Season 3 criticism
As for the knock that Season 3 in ways felt like a mere bridge between Seasons 2 and 4, he said, “We always knew we were heading towards a major reset.”
By having a big role in season 4, my guess he brings the threat to Carrie and become an unofficial member of CIA again
