    Pretty positive the Doctor Who facebook page just shot this down. They have the picture and it says the "Twelve Doctor Regeneration figure" so it's just Matt's. We'll probably see his outfit at the end of his first episode like Matt and David.

    No it doesen't, that's 12 IMMEDIATELY post regeneration. With 11s wardrobe (minus bow-tie wich he dropped before regenerating)
