    I have to admit I was kind of disappointed when Gabrielle decided to become a fire fighter - not because I don't want a female firefighter on the show as I do - but because she perceived being a firefighter was "better" than being a paramedic and I just don't get that. I think the paramedics do just an important a job and are just as heroic as the firefighters.
