    I'm less worried about Coulson and more worried about the person he is pleading to "hold on" to as they lie in his arms in the promo. I just wish I knew who it was.

    Everyone is undercover... omg this is going to be such a great opportunity for some hilarious/awesome character interactions! I'm looking forward to see Simmons and Coulson interact.... and seeing Ward play May's manservant!

    Seriously doubt it. There's a big storyline involving her being an unknown 0-8-4 and all. Unless he/she survives, obviously; then it could be anyone, and Skye is actually likely! As a matter of fact, there's only 2 characters that don't currently have a strong enought background so that they could be killed;

    - Coulson is supposed to go throught his whole Post-Death Trauma that should remind us of Season 6 Buffy minus the sex with a vampire;
    - Skye has the 0-8-4 deal I mentionned earlier;
    - Ward has his whole childhood issue that ressurfaced in The Well and he's apparently supposed to ''live with for the rest of his life''
    - Melinda also has some form of PTSD related to some assault on some kind of cult, we still don't know at all what happened then, we're bound to learn more about it later. Melinda may have to face that guy again, for exemple, maybe?

    That leaves Leopold Fitz and Jemma Simmons. They are the new scientists fresh out of the Academy, and that's actually pretty much their whole backstory: They were the two best of their year at S.H.I.E.L.D. Academy's scientific department. That makes both of them more ''sacrifiable'' than anyone else in the team, and more at risk of suffering the Whedon wrath. I'm hoping not, obviously, I like them! 'just saying, if I were a writer and wanted to create an emotional impact by killing one character without sacrificing current storylines, I'd go with one of those two...

    We'll see February 4th anyway! If only it could come quicker... (that's what she said! lol)

    If the gunshot would reveals some sort of latent ability, that could definitely contribute to her status as 0-8-4. It would be a turning point and would raise a lot of questions about who or what she is.
