The Following: Good comeback. Obvious that Joe is alive.

Blacklist: Average episode. Not enough Spader = less quality.
Arrow: Deathstroke = good. Rest of the episode = bad
Revolution: Can NBC cancel this show already?
TTP: Great episode. Like Cara as the leader.
Week as a whole: Worst of the season. Get POI back.
Supernatural: Why isn't the spin-off about Mark Sheppard?

P.S. Loved seeing Tim Omundsun on both of them this week. First McNab, now Lassie. I want more Psych stars on SPN. And maybe some SPN stars in Psych too (Misha or Mark would be great).

ReplyDeleteI can always tell at the end of a TV week when there was no POI (and, of late, with Arrow short of quality) because there's nothing that I have the urge to go back and rewatch 5 times.

ReplyDeleteNot for trending purposes. We're promoting our show. All Beasties doing it shows a sense of community. We want the people who matter to know that we are watching. They seem to think we're not. And we want other people to give it a chance as well.
ReplyDeleteRight, but you could just say BATB but whatever. On a side note, I was a casual viewer through season 1 and watched the first 2 eps of s2 but the BATB fans totally turned me off the show, it was obnoxious the way they went on and still go on. But just my opinion.
ReplyDeleteIf you don't like the show because it just doesn't do it for you, that's fine. We don't all like the same things. But if it's just the fans that turned you off to the show, than i think that's unfair. Those are just actors doing their job, they shouldn't have to suffer for that. That's unfortunate. But like i said. If that's the way you feel, you're entitled to your own opinion. No hard feelings.

So when they're thrown all over the Spoiler TV discussion boards, particularly when there are comments upon comments which contribute nothing to a discussion except "#BATB" it is a turn off, and makes the Beauty and the Beast fans here seem like they don't know what they're doing, don't know what they're talking about, and don't really have anything relevant to say or to contribute to a discussion, which isn't doing the show's reputation any favors here.
ReplyDeleteIf you want to promote the show here, discuss it, talk about it in relevant terms for a message board, (#BATB - is not usually a useful contribution to a conversation) and use the Hashtags to promote your show in places where Hashtags work.
