I chose Other because I don't want to see any reboots. Let them die. Resident Evil is too tainted for a reboot, and it's not a great idea to do a game AND a movie reboot so close to each other for Tomb Raider. I'm just getting to know this new Lara Croft from the games, I'm not interested in getting to know yet another Lara from a movie.

ReplyDeleteI didn't even know there was a Hitman film, I might check that out. But I picked other, not interested in any reboots but totally psyched for the rumored Halo, Portal, and Half-Life films
ReplyDeleteI said other because I'd love to see Kindred The Embraced... get another shot... it was a tv show and not a movie but I'd still love to see someone try that again....
ReplyDeleteI watched Mortal Kombat for Linden Ashby (love him on Teen Wolf) and that was pretty good. Wouldn't want to see it rebooted.

ReplyDeleteI read the wiki page for the film, it sounds like it has a good premise. But then, I haven't watched it, so I don't really know how it's like. How exactly is it creepy?
ReplyDeleteKeep in mind that a 5 year old gets easily creeped out. The monsters in the movie were too "scary" for me at that time. But the movie is great. Me and my older brother watch it every summer - it's like our tradition.

ReplyDeleteTomb Raider and then Hitman (starring the awesome Timothy Olyphant) for sure.... I don't know if the projects are still being looked at, but I'd love to see movies based on: Mass Effect, Halo, and Nathan Drake be made

ReplyDeleteI don't understand the hate for the Hitman movie.. I didn't mind it though it wasn't spectacular. It'd be great if they gave it a second chance or even a TV series.
ReplyDeleteHitman has a lot of potential since it's really quite realistic, I mean yes you can screw around a lot but if you do a serious playthrough it's pretty realistic, I'd love a series where he it's a contract of the week format and if they get a good actor for 47, I think it could be a legitimately good show.
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen Mortal Kombat movies but I played the game. I want to see a MK movie in modern days, I think that can be pretty cool.

Both of these are probably not going to be rebooted but at least the games are fun :)
From the list all except Super Mario and Resident Evil (too early). I'd like to see more Prince of Persia and looking forward to Assassins Creed
