Graceland star Serinda Swan will drop by for a guest-starring stint on The CW drama as the Founder's daughter when the series returns in 2014, The Hollywood Reporter learns exclusively. She will be introduced in the 13th episode.

Swan will portray the "sexy and mysterious" Cassandra "Cassie" Smythe, a bank-robbing paranormal who is the most powerful breakout on the planet. She becomes the object of Stephen’s (Robbie Amell) fascination when he learns they share a psychic connection similar to the bond he experienced with Cara (Peyton List).

  5. I have mixed feelings about this. I think Serinda Swan is great but TP doesn't need to entangle Stephen with yet another woman. He's already dealing with a few and those relationships aren't too well developed or terribly interesting yet. On the other hand, if you have to have a significant psychic connection to someone you could do a lot worse than Seridna Swan.

  7. Little old for Stephen no? Cara is already 4-5 years older than him but Swan looks much older.

  8. I was going to say 'no' but then I remembered that Stephen is still technically in high school. So, yeah. Definitely too old for a high school senior. Then again, it says that she is the object of his fascination but doesn't mention if it's mutual. This could be one-sided on Stephen's end.

  9. I do love me some Serinda Swan. I'd be fascinated too if I had a deep psychic connection with her, damn lucky Stephen.

  10. "most powerful breakout on the planet".... wtf do we need the chosen one Stephen for then... come on really fix Stephen in the power sector. besides that I like him, Cara, John dude who I feel bad for since he ain't really a bad guy. and oh nice Swan missed you since, ill see you later again on Graceland.

Not cool to psychic cheat man, not cool.

  12. Amen to that... I prefer John/Cara to Stephen/Cara.... in fact I'm not a huge Stephen fan at all but Stephen should be with Astrid.

Loved the appearances by the original John over the last few eps though!

  14. I doubt that. She's a regular on Graceland.

  15. Yeah i know but still hope dies last.

  16. If the show has shown anything... it's that Stephen doesn't really have issues with cheating.

  17. Truthfully, Graceland has short seasons - it doesn't necessarily preclude her from making regular appearances on other shows.

  18. I wonder if having "bank-robber" as her profession has something to do with her being the Founder's daughter or the fact she's the most powerful breakout in the world, probably a little of both. This sounds intriguing but I really hope she won't become another potential love interst for Stephen.
