  1. The whole flashback scenes were heartbreaking... Will fighting the tears, oh boy... On another note, I'm very, very afraid Marilyn's baby's daddy is Peter.

  2. I really don't think the baby is Peter's, but I do think Alicia will have doubts about it. But I'm more interested in Marilyn herself. I still don't quite get her character, I'm not entirely sure what she's all about.

  3. I agree, I don't think it's Peter's at all. :) Just a red herring. Just to make Eli spit out his drink!!
I think Marylin is supposed to be Eli's sidekick as a sort of comic relief.

At the end there was "stay tuned for scenes from our next episode" but since there's nothing for several weeks, we ddidn't get a preview - did you?

  4. I love the scene where Will thought he knew how Alicia will respond to court and she does the opposite. Alicia FTW!

  5. I don't think so. I worry that Marilyn has some hidden agenda that has yet to come to light. Either that, or she's obsessed with Peter. The way she uses her pregnancy to constantly manipulate people is also very disconcerting.

Josh Charles really deserves and Emmy for that scene. His pain was palpable.

  6. I voted for the flashback/fantasy questioning thing. How sad that Will now thinks Alicia was pretending to love him and pretending when she said "It's the happiest I've ever been", when really *we* know she was telling the truth. Josh Charles was excellent and I hope he gets an Emmy nomination for his work. it was almost unbearable - he's so angry and heartbroken...
