    Whoever voted awful doesn't get the Noir Genre. This was a straight up fantastic demonstration of what noir is, and how to play it well. Darabont deserves an Emmy for this one. The visuals, were stunning, the music it on point. The acting is just the perfect amount of noir over-the-topness (made up word) without coming of as cheesy. The storyline, and plotting is something that will most definitely draw me in, and I will be back for seconds, and so on. The character feel fully fleshed out from the go, which is a hard thing to pull of in a pilot. Just Awesome! Thus my Awesome vote.
