    I loved hearing about all the different Wesen combinations. It was a great episode!


    And finally! I've been waiting for Alexis Denisof so I'm excited he finally showed up. And he's British again! Still not used to his actual, real American accent, tbh, and it's been years since Angel ended!

    Great episode!

    Aww, at Monroe and Rosalee talking about children together and Juliette helping Nick with his memoir.

    I loved seeing Juliette helping with the case. I'm so happy she is getting more involved with everyone now. She's an interesting character.

    And it looks like The Council will be the next big arc in the second half of the season. It looks like they don't mess around. I'm definitely intrigued.

    Really loved this episode, I loved Juliette getting more involved, she was really a great help in that episode, even if I missed a little Monroe and Rosalee, they're not doing much these days. But hey! They had more than just one scene involving the case like last week.


    I'm wondering if the Council is going to plan an attack on Nick cause he's ''questionning'' their laws, their ways of doing stuff and all. I can easily imagine them going ''If everyone learn a Grimm defied the council and 'destroyed' one law, everybody will start not followig them and it will be chaos'' or some other paranoid stuff like that.

    I know right? Must be cause last year we had episodes from august to November and now we barely had 1 1/2 month. On the positif side, it probably won't come back in march this time around and we'll have 14 to go instead of 10 :)

    they would probably go someone close to Nick like Juliette as a warning.....but I pretty sure the council won't do something that bring war against grimm

    Another awesome vote from me! This episode just upped the complexity, as confirmed by Monroe and Rosalee's attempt to explain what a non-Wesen monster is. The fact that this has to be reported to the Council is interesting. Loved Nick and Juliette. Love how Nick is now dependent on her help, and he's not so worried about having to protect her anymore.

    I also liked that they treated religion with respect this time around, showing that the clerics were trying to help. Last time they showed a clergyperson, he was trying to bilk the congregation.

    Note to Grimm's set designers: If you're not busy over this coming hiatus, could you come over to my house and help me with colors and such?

    A few things were a little silly--how cold was it, really, when the adults weren't dressed all that warmly, 35 degrees, maybe, and is it true that protozoa can be killed that quickly? Nevermind. It's a fantasy show.

    But I do have another question: Why, oh why, did Juliette put her shoes in the drawer?

    With such a large cast, someone always gets the short stick. And the scenes they had were great. The friction between them concerning the council and the potential troubles down the line if was very intriguing.

    great ep! i really like what the writers have down with Juliete! they're finally writing her a real person instead of just a plot device of someone in danger for Nick to save...

    I think as long as Nick is still acting in their interest, they won't fight him...until they get the impression that his new way of thinking threatens their own power. But considering that Renard has contact with them, they might be more open-minded than one might think. I have the feeling that they might be not okay with the royal's wanting their old privileges back, simply because an outright Wesen war might threaten the "statue of secrecy"

    Here's my fantasy about that: Juliette absentmindedly puts her shoes in the dresser drawer because she's fixated on the dresser. There's something in one of the drawers that's been on her mind. The engagement ring! (Could be I'm a little bit shipping here).

    This was a really interesting episode.

    I liked Monroe and Rosalee's attempt at trying to explain all the different varieties of wesen there are, and the hint at children.

    The Wesen Council seems really interesting. I think the younger council guy seems to be cool with Nick's way of handling things, since Nick doesn't do the typical Grimm "kill-all-wesen" thing. Not sure how the older, authority-figure council guy feels. But already, the wesen council seems to be more reasonable than the royal families (or at least the Renards).

    The grausen concept was really cool. I liked how they incorporated modern science into it, even if some things were stretched a little. I also appreciated how they showed the priests trying to help the boy, rather than how the clergy are represented oftentimes (at least, what I've seen on tv).

    I think what I've really appreciated the most, is how this episode furthered Juliette's character development, and role, as a true (life) partner for Nick. It was really cool to see how smart Juliette is, and her using her scientific background to help Nick with his case. Juliette was pretty integral to saving that kid's life. I just want them to get married already. Totally looking forward to little Grimms.
