I disagree. I thought it was a great episode, pushing forward storylines and relationships for next season. It also made me happy instead of super sad on a holiday.
I used to find Thomas really interesting and complex, but lately he's been flat and boring. All he's done for the last few episodes is threaten Baxter.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I thought it was the most boring episode in 4 seasons, I had to force myself to finish it.

ReplyDeleteit was ok... I expected and hoped for more but all in all it was ok
ReplyDeleteI'm still sick of that Mr. Barrow... with his scheming ass.. I was hoping that he'd get his in the Christmas ep but that wasn't the case..
Nothing happened...
ReplyDeleteI loved all the American jokes :D
ReplyDeleteAnd the ending <3

ReplyDeleteEnjoyed it a lot!
ReplyDeleteI love Paul Giamatti and it is a fun change of pace to see the Dowager Countess put in her place by Shirley MacLaine! XD
Thomas is annoying, maybe more so than usual, but he has so little screen time these days it hardly bothers me.
It was nice to have a fairly happy episode.
Looking forward to season 4! (I made myself wait for the US premiere next weekend)!
ReplyDeleteI loved it! And I'm really looking forward to the next episode. However: The Barrow/blackmail storyline is getting old and boring...
ReplyDeleteIt was poor. Boring.
ReplyDeleteTotally agree!!!
ReplyDeleteI agree. It was a very lovely Christmas episode. And it opened various ways for next season.
