PREDICTION - At 0:03 seconds Regina is casting some sort of spell into the air. Perhaps after Grumpy says ”There’s no escape”, Hook will be like “Actually…. there might be” and tells them what Cora did to jeep her and Hook in the EF. And then Emma and Regina work together to cast the spell?
After all, we've seen set pics for 3x13 and they're still in Storybrooke so they've obviously gone no-where. The set pics that show everyone in the EF in the 3x11 set pics could be a 'What if' sort of episode.
The concern that I have always had with OUaT is that character "growth" happens so fast. Most everyone now is ...well...nice. And while nice is...well, nice...it doesn't make for compelling plotlines or compelling characters (sorry, Charmings). I've always liked Emma, Regina, Rumple, and Hook, because those characters always seemed flawed and yet genuine. But as we've softened these characters, we've dulled the "what-comes-next-for-them" aspect of the show. The triangle between Neal/Emma/Hook is a way to bring angst back but everyone is still so nice about it that it's unrealistic. I believe that the show needs a major change -- which I would be surprised if the showrunners would do -- in completely killing off a "good guy" character that we've had since the start. I vote Henry. Because Henry's death would surely cause major ripples in the remaining characters -- I could see Regina going mean again -- and also because, frankly, I think Henry's casting is terrible. But I don't see this show killing off a major character, let alone a child. I guess, we'll see...
Eddy & Adam have said that both Rumpel and Regina have redeemed themselves in their eyes and that's why they're bringing in Rebecca Mader's character in to be the new baddie (I believe she will turn out to be the Wicked Witch of the East).
Yes, I feel that they're now going to resort to a big bad for a while. I like how they're breaking them up into 11 episode arcs so things don't get repetitive. Pan was the Big Bad this half, Mader will be next half. Maleficiant or King George are probably going to be the Big Bad of the entire series.
I am SO excited about next weeks ep - I hope that they don't really get cursed back into the EF without their memories, which leaves me thinking, where will Emma end? because she's from the EF but she lived her whole life in the States... And what about the people that didn't came to Storybrooke with Regina's course? (Tink, Hook, the lost boys, Ariel) Other than that, Captain Swan feels!!! sdfgdsdf
Quick question: why don't they just step out of Storybrooke using Rumple's spell in order to keep their memories? Or use one of five hundred thousand ways of travelling to other worlds and go to the Enchanted Forest for the time being? Oh, I remember now, it's OUAT, the story doesn't make sense 99% of the time.
Sweetie. Are you retarded? There is only few ways to travel between worlds: ■ beans (burned by Regina at the end of season 2), ■ mermaid Ariel (ONLY HER because every other person would drown; between Neverland to Storybrooke or Storybrooke to Enchanted Forest or Enchanted Forrest to Neverland), ■ Peter Pan's Shadow ■ Jefferson's Hat (burned by king George) ■ and Magic Wardrobe (used and burned by Emma to ashes).
Nah, I know lots of people kind of liked the idea, basically because Robbie is a better actor than Jared and they would prefer to keep him around...although that begs the idea that Pan is going away and Henry will stay. It did seem strange to me that none of them showed any awkwardness at hugging Robbie/Henry...it would have to feel strange...it might be Henry's soul or whatever, but now he looks like one of their biggest enemies. Even if it was my child, I think I'd feel pretty weird about it at first.
Look like they'll just stay in Storybrooke without memory and retstart the whole season 1 all over again. Just because they're still there doesn't mean it didn't work.
Look like the writers have really no more news ideas anymore, didn't take long.
Or perhaps fans see the story as E/A envisioned. They've said it in interview after interview after interview- this is the story THEY want to tell. Fans can see any other pairing they want, but it's not what they are writing or showing us weekly.
It really is a great show, how about JUST watching it.
I really thought that they were going to solve the problem of Henry's casting by keeping Henry in Pan's body, but I guess that's not going to happen. The writers really missed a huge opportunity there.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Oh shit. This is going to end badly and I'm so excited for this!
ReplyDeleteSo they obviously switch Pan and Henry back pretty quickly. Thank goodness they aren't dragging that out.

That definitely makes sense.

ReplyDeleteOK. I assume that she will be introduced in the 2nd half of the season?

ReplyDeleteOh damn, Henry is back in his body
ReplyDeleteYes, but we've been promised a glimpse of her in the promo after next weeks episode.

To launch the curse serving the heart of the person you love the most .... Rumple? no please :(
ReplyDeleteFelix is not, no joking matter
So Pan is the bane of Rumple? stay away from him ç___ç
Ok, I was never a fan of CaptainSwan, I prefer Neal, but that look Emma gave Hook in this promo? I mean...wow, that could melt an iceberg.
ReplyDeleteWhy they just don't think lovely thoughts and fly away from the curse?

I just hope they keep Pan around. I am really amazed by the actor.
ReplyDeleteCan a shadow be reattached to its host?
ReplyDeleteKitsis and Horowitz: Yes.

Four is not "five hundred thousand ways".
Wow. Do you think that kind of language is necessary?
ReplyDeleteAm I mean for being sad about this? i.i

Don't worry, you're not alone in the group of not liking them! Fanservice at its best.
ReplyDeletethanks XD I thought I'm the only one because I keep seeing it on tv line, eonline etc.

Exactly what I said above. This is Eddie and Adam's story they are telling. Story of family, hope, redemption and true love. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteWe weren't talking about the quality of the show, kthx.
