    The spoilers said that we would see the new bad woman at the end of the episode on dec 15 and in the trailer we see mesudi so obviously it isn't her

    Couple of ideas (just theories nothing solid)


    Either Neverland drastically changes without Peter Pan, or Storybrooke becomes 'The New Neverland' (I'm thinking the latter is more likely given some spoilers/speculation about the mid-season finale...)

    Yes, but NOW, after their wedding, Regina send threat to all of her beloved people, and every good ruler is trying to prevent that. Before their wedding, Regina was a deadly enemy ONLY for Snow. That's why she don't wanted to execute her in episode 2x10. [May english could be bad]
