    This theory is interesting but we know that the faes aren't very open for getting human children. Why should Evony/Morrigan gave birth to not just one but two humans?

    I've been thinking she's Massimo's mother, but not Lauren's.
    However, she might be the only person who can offer Lauren a job as a doctor and keep her from getting killed by the Fae. Or she might be talent sucking her? Then Lauren would probably believe she was happy.
