    He has recently had a month-long streak of "installing" his pieces of art in New York City, there was a rather big media buzz, you can surely google it.

    I don't live in America either, and I am surely not interested in art :)
    Anyway, our local newspapers featured an article about his New York activities, so that's how I got to know a little more. But I had heard the name before.
