You know my favourite Daleks episode might be the one when Nine encounters that single dying Dalek, he is so terrified and so angry because of the Time War it was really effective.

Otherwise the Daleks have never really scared me though I like how they always do 3 things; survive, get annoyed by the Doctor and turn on any 'inferior' versions of themselves!
