  2. The 100 and Intelligence. May check out a few others. Will be skipping NBC across the board.

  3. hmmmm, this is a very tough one. definitely no. 1 would have to be intelligence, primarily because of the chuck-like storyline (i really miss chuck so much), and also because of meghan ory, who will sorely be missed on OUAT (red was and still is one of my favourite characters on the show)... to be honest, i'm not even sure if i would've planned to watch the show if meghan wasn't in it....

no. 2 is rake. very interesting, and with greg kinnear as a good actor, my intrigue has increased. hopefully it gets good ratings for fox- I haven't gotten around to watching the original australian version though.

no 3, 4 or 5 will probably be between crisis, chicago pd, resurrection, mind games, sirens or surviving jack.

  4. oh, forgot the 100 and the black box (would love to see how the abc tackle a female version of tnt's perception)... midseason 2014 is definitely looking very good.

  5. I am very excited for both Intelligence and The 100 which were two shows I was anxious about even in pilot season last year and was kind of bummed when both were pushed to midseason. I will probably also watch Crossbones if ratings are there.

Other than that, I am not feeling it. Shows like Ressurection, Crisis, Star Crossed, Believe and Rake I could watch but only if ratings are there and reviews are good, so most likely I will just catch up on summer if they make it to season 2.

But really, Intelligence and The 100 are big musts for me!

  8. Definitely Intelligence, The 100, Believe, and Crisis.

    Maybe Wayward Pines.

  9. Other: Bitten and Black Sails (they classify themselves as Dramas).
on the list I will have a look at Chicago PD, Star-Crossed and The 100 at some point but they are not musts for me.

  10. None of these really interest me at all, will probably give Believe a chance because I like
Alfonso Cuarón but recent Bad Robot shows have disappointed me so not entirely excited for it.

  24. Where will theCW find place for The100 and StarCrossed tough ? The moment Nikita and Carrie Diaries end friday will be completely free but I'm sure theCW isn't that self destructive to air both new shows on a friday ?! Or are they ?

I can see them put BatB on fridays but that'd leave one of the new shows on friday. Or could they possibly shove Reign on fridays ?

  25. Looking forward to Intelligence, Wayward Pines, and while I really love Believe's cast and am intrigued by the concept, I do not think the show will make it...

Also really looking forward to Mob City, True Detective, and Black Sails!

  26. I'm kinda wanting to check out Star-Crossed but kinda not and I want it to fail so it gives Reign,BatB,CD,HoD a better chance at renewal.Im not sure I'll have enough time to watch it regularly, as I'll have :The Fosters,Switched at Birth,Pretty Little Liars,Rizzoli & Isels ,The Originals,Vampire Diries,Beauty & the Beast,Hart of Dixie,2 Broke Girls,Once Upon a Time,Once Uon a Time In Wonderland,Reign,Revenge,Scandal,Nashville to watch and I also read a few days ago Devious Maids returns in April.

  27. I think The Last Ship isn't until summer.

  29. Mid-season is going to be great for me, I hope and think. Unless all of the shows I am excited for are complete bullshit, I have lots of shows to watch, namely Intelligence, Crisis and Resurrection in addition to cable's Chozen and the season premiere of Archer. Crossing my fingers all these shows will perform well :D

  30. Believe. Because of JJ Abrams.
    Intelligence. Because of Josh Holloway.
Resurrection. That's the one with Omar Epps, right? :p

  31. I'm really looking forward to The 100 and Star-crossed. The promos look awesome. I'll also give Chicago PD ago too :)

  32. i normally never really give new shows a try because usually i know they get cancelled pretty quickly but i'm going to give resurrection a try because the plot sounds interesting and plus its on at 9

  33. The 100 and Resurrection!

  34. Other - Helix.

  35. I will check out Crisis not just because Gillain Anderson is in it, but the trailer was more interesting than anything else I've seen. However, I am The Following-burned, so if the cops are stupid I will be out quickly.

Believe has its first strike with Abrams and its second with the young girl as savior thing. I will watch this one only after I hear the everyday reviews for the first 3 episodes and even then, it's summer bound at most.

Crossbones gets a watch mainly because it follows Grimm and I have to believe it will be better than Dracula.

Rake, The Night Shift, Reckless - No, just no. Stupid comedies about degenerates, medical dramas, and love triangled lawyers wanting to shag are not my thing.

Wayward Pines - Sounds very interesting and the cast is superb. Will try out.

Chicago PD - No time for another police procedural but I wish it all luck in raising the tide at NBC.

The 100/Star-Crossed - I try to give all CW shows a shot and I enjoyed the Star-Crossed screener. If they focus on the socio/politico/historical elements it could be quite different from current CW shows. If it plays up the alien romance, it will bomb big time. Originally I hoped the 100 would be picked up over The Tomorrow People, so it should be interesting to see how it goes.

Intelligence - The best thing this has going for it is the sassy female lead, but already it looks to be going down shipping lines so I'll beware until I hear otherwise. Summer show at best for me.

Resurrection sounds a lot like the 4400, which I loved. Plus it's on Sundays and I currently have no Sunday shows, so I will give it 3 episodes. It will need to have a believable storyline and a decent moving pace though.

Killer Women - The cast is oh-so-right. The plot is oh-so-done. It's a toss up on this one. I'll give it 3 episodes for Beth Riesgraf alone. I still miss Parker.

The Black Box - I really don't know much about this one, but the premise doesn't hold much interest for me. I'll watch it if there's enough good buzz after it airs, but chances are I'll pass.

  36. I could see them shifting the Monday lineup to Friday. I mean Hart of Dixie is probably going there next year anyway, so why not see how it will do now.

  37. The 100, Intelligence, Helix, Crossbones and Crisis.

  38. Mind Games (Created by Kyle Killen -- The creator of Awake --), Gang Related (Created by Chris Morgan -- The writer of Fast Five and Fast Six --), Crisis (Created by Rand Ravich -- The creator of Life --), Believe (Created by Alfonso Cuaron -- The director of "Gravity" --) and Crossbones (Created by Neil Cross -- The creator of Luther --). I will check out The 100, Resurrection, Intelligence and maybe a few others like Waynard Pines too.
