Ha, I love this. The boys do it so well, I love how subtle Sams looks were and then his trademark ahem to knock some sense into his bro. Jensen does it like a master. Well done boys, great clip. I hope we get to see them get a little in this episode.
So another comic episode? Or just a moment in a less comic one? And more Dean POV. Maybe this isn't representative, but I think my hope that Jodie will actually talk to Sam and get some of his POV is becoming less.
They don't have anything along those lines in sneak peeks. I'm not sure this is Dean POV either, unless the POV is that Dean is going to become a porn actor. It looks like a comic scene.
Dean fans tend to ask for him to have a central storyline beyond reacting, or happiness - not sure if sex talk was one of their main priorities, even if Jensen is very good at it.
Watching again (for research purposes), I do notice that Dean gives away a little of some of his regret over one night stands ("always adios"), even in a comic context. I hope we hear more about that, as it's obvious he's cut back on the casual sex in recent years.
Brian Rose said Dean and born-again virgins equal a bitch'n episode. What does that mean? Sorry english is not my mother language. By the way, funny clip.
I never realized there were Dean fans and Sam fans. Personally, I'm a fan of Supernatural. Without Sam, Dean's character is pretentious, arrogant and misogynistic. Without Dean, Sam's character is stubborn, egotistical, and ultimately, irredeemable. The maintenance of balance is what has kept this show around for 100+ episodes.
Like you both men are members of my family and I NEVER vote in a who do you like more poll..unless you can get more than one vote. ;) I am not sure I would say that Sam is irredeemable without Dean..he seemed to be doing ok last year without even looking for Dean, which I hated,..writers sucked last year writing Sam.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
LOL, Dean. I wondered why Sam wasn't saying anything at first.
ReplyDeleteSam's like "pls stahp dat jesus christ", lol.
ReplyDeleteWow. I think I need a minute....
ReplyDeleteHilarious :D:D:D:D
ReplyDeleteThe women's faces crack me up...course, if I was in the crowd, that would probably be my face too.
ReplyDeleteCALL 9-1-1 WE ARE ON FIREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
ReplyDeletemaybe because Sam doesn't really say much ever unless its about the details of the case?
ReplyDeletethats pretty much all Sam does lately make faces at whatever everyone else is doing or saying
ReplyDeleteanother Dean heavy episode really?
ReplyDeleteDon't jump to conclusions on a one minute sneak peek.
ReplyDeleteBecause it looks like he already had his turn and this clip was of Deans turn in the group. I'm sure Sam had his turn.

ReplyDeleteAlas! I'm still waiting for the Zeke-thing to be revealed in hopes that Sam will get action + character development at least then.

ReplyDeleteits basically just more Dean fan pandering

ReplyDeleteSad, but true!
ReplyDeleteSo far this is the best sneak peak of the season. Maybe in the top 10 of the series.

ReplyDeleteLOL, that is so funny.
ReplyDeleteHa, Dean could talk sex to me anytime. lol
ReplyDeleteWell me too. If they ever get that Supernatural movie maybe we'll hear some more.
ReplyDeleteI would love Sam to talk to Jodie even if it was a few lines at least esp going into the episodes after that , he needs it after Bad Boys.
ReplyDeleteThis clip is like something from a Carry On movie .
Brian Rose said Dean and born-again virgins equal a bitch'n episode. What does that mean? Sorry english is not my mother language.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, funny clip.
bitchin' = very good, cool, awesome, great
ReplyDeleteSo he meant that it will be a great episode.
Sam did amazingly well enduring all of that, talk about awkward!. Looks raunchy but funny in a whole package.
