Can't wait to see what's up with the guy who is Jared and Christian Kane's son (LOL).
Whoa, that ghost thingy is terrifying, as is the creepy child. And no, Dean! Is he going to die this season too and be brought back to life by Ezekiel?
I am so excited for this episode! It looks like it'll be amazing. Looks scary (loved the last part where the ghost is slowly creeping up behind Sam) and we get to see into Dean's past! Is it the 19th yet? I can't wait! :D
Totally agree!! I refuse to believe that Sam just left it in the trash can in the motel room. Knowing that this episode will focus most of the time on Dean's past, I think it would be a great time to bring it back. I'll be so happy I will cry if it happens!
The little boy would be a no I think he's likely just a kid staying at the home so Dean will obviously identify with him but the ghost is likely the one Dean encountered when he stayed at the home as a child, I think he thought he had got rid of it but he actually hadnt. Might be case of a hunt not properly finished.
Ah the obligatory Dean/kids episode Dean angst galore, get ready for the barrage of 'poor Dean' moments, the John bashing and the oblivious/guilty moments for Sam. We'll all be feeling sorry for saint Dean and hating on John and Sam by the end of this one no doubt.
i love the monster of the week episodes, but knowing me and the fact that I usually go to bed soon after the episodes end, I may have to watch something funny after this depending on how scary it is. I don't want any creepy ghost nightmares
That promo was excellent, an exciting and [much needed] scary episode. You don't need to know about the synopsis to be eager to watch it. Knowing the plot just makes the waiting more torturous >_<
It is the placement of the episode that is more of a issue for me. It will garner sympathy for Dean that is a given but before Sam finds out about Ezekiel is unfair IMO. By the looks of it we are leading up to the fallout with no genuine look at Sam but with centric Dean episodes like this one. When it tends to be Dean's childhood the writing can tend to go overboard and if this was later in the season perhaps I would not feel less concerned.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteAlso, I wonder if Dean has a connection with the little boy or ghost?
ReplyDeleteIs that Jerry from Parks and Rec at 10 seconds? As if he doesn't have enough crappy treatment on that show.
ReplyDeleteSurprised they didn't have any of the Dean flashbacks in the preview.
I am super excited for this episode!!!Can't wait to find out more about Dean's past!!!I'm gonna say it again.I.NEED.THE.AMULET.BACK.
ReplyDeleteyeah, I am wondering about that too.

ReplyDeleteI was thinking the exact same thing!
ReplyDeleteOh, how I miss those...
ReplyDeleteAwesome looks amazing :)
ReplyDeleteI will never feel sorry for Dean ever.
ReplyDeleteSupernatural back to old days, coooooooool.

ReplyDeleteWow. You really don't like Dean. And Dean is far from a saint. It's why I love, sympathize and relate to him. I don't like perfect characters.
ReplyDeleteI'm excited for this episode. We get a creepy ghost and some much wanted insight into Dean's past. It's a win win situation to me.
