Miles and gang kidnapped Gene. US government tracked them and Gene gave himself up so Miles etc could escape. They took Gene captive. Miles and gang plan on breaking aaron and gene out.
Doctor cutting aaron and aaron healed. Doctor revealed he had tumor. Doctor gave aaron drug to wake him up/excite him. Doctor bought in cynthia and soldiers. Cynthia gets stabbed and then it looks like aaron lights up the room but we don't see that we see a bight light than its the end.
Another awesome episode. If anyone had told me a year ago that I would be this in love with Revolution I wouldn't have believed it. The show has totally found itself, I love every single episode. Gene's sacrifice was heartbreaking to watch and Rachel's complete turnaround from being able to drop the bomb until being able to say that they have to go back for Gene was amazing. I loved the parallels between her relationship with Charlie, in which Charlie had to forgive her, and her own relationship with her dad, in which is now her turn to forgive. Gene was also spot on asking them if they hadn't never done bad things for the greater good. My only complaint is that I still don't care for Tom Neville. I would much rather have him written out (Jason could join the main plot) and spend more time on Monroe. Not nearly enough Monroe. But awesome scenes when we got them, he is badasss! Love this show.
I didn't think of that but it seems very plausible. I still think it's so obvious that she is her daughter that they are probably going in another direction but we shall see.
Great ep. I am really into the Aaron storyline this season. Not enough Monroe in this ep for me. The acting was awesome in this ep. I totally saw the high command guy shooting his wife coming; now what is Neville going to do? I don't like Jason being robotic like.
Yeah I agree that it's obvious, but only because they've been leading us there... It wouldn't be a shocking reveal from an audience's perspective, but it would be for the characters and that would be interesting to watch, I think
I'm on the opposite side of the fence with the show this year. I feel it's gotten worse. I'm gonna watch til the winter break, see what happens when it comes back ... but I've the sense this series has lost me as a viewer this year.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I missed the last ten minutes (again, thanks fire drills that should happen an hour earlier), but I loved what I saw.
ReplyDeleteUgh at Cynthia. I really don't like her. And ew at Gene selling out everyone else for Rachel and Charlie. Gross.
Can't wait until I can watch the end on Hulu tomorrow.
Last ten minutes.

ReplyDeleteThe last 10 minutes are definitely worth it with Gene's sacrifice!
ReplyDeleteTotally agree with you omabin!!!

ReplyDeleteI agree, yes, depends on how they do it. It would crack Rachel and Charlie's relationship yet again
ReplyDeleteI always agree with not enough Monroe
ReplyDeleteFinally figured out why this season is so much better, Rockne S. O’Bannon (Farscape) is now co-showrunner. :D
