…OMG! So many feels. You had the Haylijah hand holding- so friggin' cute!!! and then Klaus crying spilling his feelings :'( - can I hug him please? …I wish I could fast forward 166 hours.
Spoil away please. I am on West Coast. AND THIS SITE IS CALLED SPOILER TV, so please spare the complainers if any are upset by my asking. Ballerina??? Please???? WHAT HAPPENED??
Well, Hayley and Elijah didn't so I was bummed by the spoiler that was released yesterday where we were told to expect a kiss from either Elijah or Klaus. It was only a flashback :( , so I was like "dammit!" . It's not like I wanted them to kiss yet but come on, I am only human… But OMG! I am pretty sure Hayley and Elijah just confirmed to one another that they totes dig each other. Pretty certain, but I could be wrong; its open for interpretation.
Also, am I the only one who thinks its hot when an Original gets his kill on? Klaus- mmm mmm mmm ;)
Klaus crying over how they betrayed him....god how pathetic this man has become. I haven't seen Rebekah or Elijah crying over that also betrayal in this sense is relative.
The things Klaus considers to be betrayal are for some reason less sever than the things he does to them and yet he cries like a little bitch ? I'm so over this character at this point I wouldn't mind him biting the friggin dust.
And Elijah/Rebekah ? These two are no better. They know how wrong he is of accusing them to have betrayed him and yet they just stand there silently admiting their guilt ? For f**ks sake...
AHHHH!!!! OMG!! THAT WAS EPIC!!! WOW!! I gotta say, that was worth the wait!! Aw man!! Klaus getting his ass kick!! I was thinking god yes!! Then the fear in Rebekah's eyes, and THAT look in Klaus' eyes!!! Now that is a look we have yet to see!! His eyes, he was in PURE RAGE MODE!!! Then he kills like 25 of them!! I said shit!!! That was a badass scene. I was actually stunned to silence for a bit when it went on commercial. I'm glad Hayley met a "family member" i'm curious to know more. And Elijah's story with Celeste was sad. Omg i sooo wanted to be Celeste in that bath tub!! He scrubs her legs, and kisses her feet. Damn could he get any sexier?? Speaking of sexy that Haylijah scene nearly killed me!! He tells "Hayley please don't you see what happens", then she pulls away, but he puts his hands on hers and holds it!! (SQQUEEEEEE).
Ok for Marcel, i love the way he said Niklaus Mikaelson!! He was teaching his "teacher" a lesson. And it was a damn good one at that!! I felt Klaus was REALLY listening to him. Which made him implode on his siblings. He finally let it all out. I mean how could he not?? Cami is telling him his flaws, Marcel, Elijah. It was bound to come out! And those weren't tears of sadness, it was tears of anger!! And i felt that. But I did NOT feel sorry for him. I'm just glad he let it out. He was SO furious, he didn't even feel the need to dagger either one of them. He's just done. He yelled at Hayley and said let's go. I still wish that Hayley could've had a chance to say bye though. But in that moment she really didn't have a choice. Going back to Camille, omg i love her! And the fact that she somehow broke through the compulsion....whoaaa!! There is something super special about that woman!! I couldn't believe that. And i can't wait to see what's next for her. This episode was amazing. Definitely going to watch it again tonight. F*cking epic!!! HA!!! Oh Shit, that fight scene was awesome. Mind is still racing...Sooo is it safe to say Tyler is gone from N.O. now? I mean he had a 2 minute cameo. Rebekah snaps his neck, and she sure won't let Tyler hurt her niece. So i'm wondering what his deal will be next? Back to MF?
They have ruined Klaus's character. That's what they get for trying to make the villain likeable. And isn't even an anti-hero he's just whiny. Klaus season two of tvd, now that was a character I loved to hate. And him guilt shaming them was so ironic
NO!!! They confirmed!! In that moment in the car!! They said it w/o words!!! It was HOT!!! And i loved that look in Klaus' eyes!! It said....MY TURN!!!!
WOW!!! Badass scene. I guess its safe to say, Klaus wants the baby. When one becomes a parent, it is an amazing thing. A love instinct kicks in. A PROTECTIVE instinct. WHen they showed Klaus back on Vampire Diaries prior to his becoming a vampire, his little brother was attacked and killed by the wolfs. Klaus does love and will protect. Perhaps this is a way for him to find redemption. Love. The greatest of all is LOVE. Can this baby tame this crazy ass Klaus heart? Sounds like to me Klaus is wanting the one thing hes always wanted... love. A baby will love their parent. Klaus is gonna to spoil his daughter like crazy and GOD HAVE mercy on any guy that wants to date that girl. CAN YOU imagine? WOW.
IKR?!?!?!?! Since it's out there, i'll wonder if they'll be awkward about it now. But since Klaus pretty much forced Hayley to go with him, idt we'll get a Haylijah scene next week. Maybe over the phone if we're lucky. = /....I fear that now that it's confirmed, between the both of them...now they'll take two steps back. (They'll as in the writers will take it two steps back)
This is true. Elijah is being hesitant because he is worried about what would happen to Hayley.
But I knew from next week's episode stills that Hayley was being forced to be there. I think we will still get some Haylijah moments though. There is some bits that weren't shown this episode that were in the behind the scenes so hopefully they'll be in next week's episode. But their relationship is definitely progressing nicely thus far.
I don't think it'll be awkward for them, I think it's more like a weight being lifted and it's out there now.
HAHA!! Well we gotta wait for her to be born first. LOL I think that event with Henrik was the start of Klaus wanting to control everything. He couldn't stop what happened to Henrik, he felt he was the cause of it. Then decided from that day forth, that he would always protect his family. Always needed to be in control to make sure nothing could or would go wrong with his family ever again (At least IMO). For now the one thing i want to see with Klaus, is him picking out baby names for that girl. lol I'm VERY curious to know what the baby's name will be.
Wow, I mean based on next weeks scenes. What do you make of why Klaus is wanting all the wolfs dead? ANd what is the startling discovery? And in tonight's episode why does the wolf lady Eve, follow Hayley because she has brought an original into camp? Is Eve intrigued by that fact? Perhaps thinking they might have an ally against Marcel? What do you think? Based on next weeks sneak pictures, it looks like Elijah and Rebecca are talking with Eve, and she is showing them something. What are your theories?
i like them together. Perhaps Cami will work on challenging Klaus to let go of hate. It seems Klaus is worried Elijah is gonna take over being the dad to the baby. LOL Jealousy.
I think Elijah has been hesitate from the start. And Hayley, i think it just kinda hit her! Like damn, i screwed up. I want Elijah, but idk how to go about it. This is going to be a slowwwww burn. I think it'll be a weight of their shoulders, when they finally kiss. Hahaha then they'll feel like they can breathe.
Have you seen Gone with Wind? Rhett Butler and his little girl. OMG it was too cute. I can imagine Klaus full long decorating that nursery with golden cribs, lol. HIS BABY will want for nothing. Hopefully Klaus and Elijah can reunite. Elijah is good dude. I like him. This show is moving fast. I wonder how many story lines the writers can keep throwing at us. I keep thinking that the wolf pack might be Klaus real dad's descendants. That would be a crazy story. I mean would that change Klaus attitude to them? I mean his mom did have a love affair with a wolf back in the day. What a trip?
I think that too. Klaus said it last week, that his child will most likely prefer Elijah over himself. I think he believes that he would be alone because Hayley and Elijah would have each other with his baby and Rebekah with Marcel. And he would no longer have a family kind of thing.
I bet that is exactly what the writers were thinking. In reality that happens all the time when couples divorce and one ends up remarrying. Sometimes the one parent who has not remarried ends up being resentful to the step parent stepping in.
Let's see, i think i had some theories last week. But now, i'd have to say Klaus wants all the wolves dead b/c then Hayley wouldn't have a family to go to? I think he fears that Hayley would leave him, but not her, his daughter. I think he wants to raise that child. I think he feels that if he becomes a Father, he can make up for everything he's done wrong. And prove that he could be a better father than Mikael. I think he wants Hayley to trust him on some level, and the threat of the wolves make that challenging. I'm not sure about Eve. I have to watch that scene again. Sorry. I think Eve is showing Rebekah and Elijah the white oak stake TBH, i could be really wrong about that. But that's what it looks like to me. Then again i'm thinking, how the hell did she get it? And she's showing them to make a truce? To have leverage? To give it to them?? Something along those lines. I think Eve will do everything in her power to protect Hayley. She said something about becoming human for one night? Idk i have to look at that scene again. But these are my thoughts for now.
Oh-oh. Really? I am on west coast, so I haven't seen, IT. AND I tell you what...I LOVE SPOILER TV. We know that drama happens in messy divorce situations or when the one parents moves on. The other parent feels threatened. The writers have said all along it is about the redemption of Klaus. So somehow they gotto turn Klaus into an secure unthreatned father who is willing to share his daughter. Elijah is only going to be an uncle that the baby has. There has got to be peace mad because this can go bad
Yeah that sound about right about Klaus wanting them dead. But he hid the white oak stake. I am thinking that it was handed down from generation to generation beginning with the wolf pack that was there when Klaus and his siblings burnt the white oak tree down. The wolfs went there and saved a piece. Which could open up my theory about that wolf pack actually being descendants from Klaus real dad. Maybe his dad was the Alpha of that pack.I doubt Klaus mom would have settle for anyone. LOL
Yes i've seen GWTW!! ha!! "Golden cribs" that's funny. I could see him going crazy to her crying, i could hear him now with his accent..."Whattt, what is it?? I fed you, i burped you, i changed you. Bugger!! LOL....Klaus and Elijah will reunite eventually. No doubt about that. Klaus envies Elijah, and wants his Big Bro to be proud of him. Now THAT is a very good theory. I would loveee that. If the pack was Klaus's descendants. I've always been curious about Esther's fling, and what caused her to have an affair. How Mikael took it. etc. etc. IF, and that's a big if, if they're part of Klaus' wolf line. I think he would spare them. To get answers.
Could be. You're definitely onto something. I guess we'll just have to wait and see (but theorize in between). As for Esther's cake on the side..I would love to know more about him. I hope they'll have flashbacks on that. Him and Esther Or Klaus' earliest memories of him, if any.
Happy Thanksgiving. You and Shannon are funny. Hope to see you guys keep commenting on this board for as long as the originals stay around. Take care and be safe.
Happy Thanksgiving. Ballerina and you are funny. Hope to see you guys around on the comment board over the next few seasons of The Originals. Take care and be safe. I outta here.
same here, he was a great villain and both Joseph and Matt rocked that role. Now he keeps on crying and hiding away from his guilt. He's becoma sad excuse for the great character he once was
I went from loving to hate Klaus. To hating Klaus for a very long time, to wanting him dead. It wasn't til this spin off started that I went back to kinda loving to hate him. (I said kinda). I don't see it as him "crying" in particular. I see it as built up rage and frustration. When the emotions are that high, there's no controlling your tear ducts. Man i miss Matt Davis. I hope he comes back in some way this season.
Hayley really should have just left when Elijah asked her to for her own safety. There was nothing he could do for her and when vampires hallucinate they're dangerous - we've seen it before with Rose & Damon.
I was kind of dumbfounded that it took until now for Elijah & Rebekah to realize that Klaus was afraid that they were going to take his child away from him. I thought it was fairly obvious but apparently they needed it spelled out.
Camille finding the picture from 1919 was very much like when Elena discovered archival footage of Stefan from 1953 when Damon killed Joseph Salvatore.
I think Klaus' need for control comes from the fact that he didn't have that as a human. He was terrified of Mikael his entire life and we saw back on TVD that he really tried to get Mikael's approval and never was able to accomplish that.
Elijah told Elena that Mikael killed Klaus' biological father and his entire family. Unless Julie does another retcon that side of his family was wiped out long ago.
Klaus is very paranoid. He's already worried about the fact that people are scheming to kill his child or take her away from him (and to be fair they are) so that could be part of the reason.
Oh yeah. It's so awful that there is a human side of a character and he isn't just evil for the sake of being evil. How dare they develop something other than "I'm Klaus and I'm evil!"
It was a great episode . I could have done without the whole Haley and Elijah scene, I still don't like them as getting together. I have to be honest, the whole Rebekah teaming up with Marcel just seemed to fake to me. I think she has a plan of her own and she is just using Marcel to her advantage. The showdown between Marcel and Klaus was epic. I loved when his wolf side came out and the look on Rebekah's face was priceless, it was like "I just made a huge mistake" I still do not believe that Marcel would give up that easily, he has to have another plan to take down Klaus. That speech that Klaus gave to Elijah and Rebekah was epic. I even cried a little with him. He is so hurt by them. Should be an interesting rest of season.
This episode really made me feel a bit sorry for Klaus, every episode he's made out to be the big bad wolf but in the final scene before he leaves with Hayley he actually makes several points showing he's not all bad.
On a side note, I gotta mention the fight scene, the music that went with it, was all just perfect.
This show rocks!!!!!! With each new episode it's like getting, more and more, hooked to it!!!! Definitely 1 of 2 new shows this season, the 2nd being Reign, that I find awesome. CW rocks!
Does making excuses for his reprehensible actions make them any less horrible. He has a human side yes but he is still a monster. So should I feel sorry for poor Klaus as he drowns an innocent woman begging for her life. Be gone Klaus apologist
Klaus showed a little bit of his humanity towards his siblings at the end but he is so insecure that believe that everyone is agains him and cant see the bad things that he is doing he finally found something to care for (his child) and everyone now believe is because he want to use him a thing that never crossed his mind till Tyler came in Ugh i never hated Tyler so much ! i`m still curious on how Cami`s storyline fits into this whole mess of reigning powers between Marcel and Klaus! AWESOME EPISODE!
This show is amazing. Joseph Morgan was incredible in the last scene with his siblings. I never thought I would like or feel sorry for Klaus, I used to despise him on The Vampire Diaries. Amazing episode
I'm not a "Klaus apologist". When did I say "Klaus should be excused for all of his actions because he is good" ? I am saying him showing a vulnerable and good side to him is good for his character development and overall quality of said character is improved. He is a monster, sure. But he isn't "the devil in disguise" despite how much he claims to be.
Marcel brought up a really good point to him last night and so did Rebecca. The thing is, what happened to Klaus to make him so much different than all his other siblings? Part of it could be the fact that he was a bastard child and maybe seeing his brother die(before they became vampires) had some effect on his personality too. He has to be in control of the situation. And given how he was raised and treated by their father... I'm just one to believe that he was nurtured in to becoming a monster rather than it be his nature. I'm not expecting him to go all Stefan and eat animals and such. I'm just saying we don't know everything. Like we didn't know about Elijah's little witchy girlfriend.
Again these are just reasons. Not excuses, for why he is the way he is.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
I am so over this show.
ReplyDelete…OMG! So many feels. You had the Haylijah hand holding- so friggin' cute!!! and then Klaus crying spilling his feelings :'( - can I hug him please? …I wish I could fast forward 166 hours.

ReplyDeleteSigh...Klaus season 2....Seems so long ago doesn't it?? Definitely agree with you there, I loved to hate Klaus back then.
ReplyDeleteNaww you're too sweet. Thanks for the conversation :) . Have a happy and safe holidays to you too.

ReplyDeleteThis show has made Klaus more of the villain that last season and a half of TVD he was on.
ReplyDeleteI kinda rooted for him to kill off Marcel's vampires, though. Marcel needed to check himself.

ReplyDeleteThis episode really made me feel a bit sorry for Klaus, every episode he's made out to be the big bad wolf but in the final scene before he leaves with Hayley he actually makes several points showing he's not all bad.
ReplyDeleteOn a side note, I gotta mention the fight scene, the music that went with it, was all just perfect.
Great fighting scene, so glad Klaus kicked some ass. I love his character.
ReplyDeleteAnd it was good to see Cami again.
This show rocks!!!!!! With each new episode it's like getting, more and more, hooked to it!!!! Definitely 1 of 2 new shows this season, the 2nd being Reign, that I find awesome. CW rocks!
ReplyDeleteDoes making excuses for his reprehensible actions make them any less horrible. He has a human side yes but he is still a monster. So should I feel sorry for poor Klaus as he drowns an innocent woman begging for her life. Be gone Klaus apologist
ReplyDeleteKlaus showed a little bit of his humanity towards his siblings at the end but he is so insecure that believe that everyone is agains him and cant see the bad things that he is doing he finally found something to care for (his child) and everyone now believe is because he want to use him a thing that never crossed his mind till Tyler came in Ugh i never hated Tyler so much ! i`m still curious on how Cami`s storyline fits into this whole mess of reigning powers between Marcel and Klaus! AWESOME EPISODE!
ReplyDeleteThis show is amazing. Joseph Morgan was incredible in the last scene with his siblings. I never thought I would like or feel sorry for Klaus, I used to despise him on The Vampire Diaries. Amazing episode
ReplyDeletesaw that coming a mile away. klaus' paranoia.
ReplyDeleteAwful episode. Julie Plec in her usual racist way has figured out how to make her fans cheer for Klaus. Done watching this horrible show.
ReplyDeleteI'm not a "Klaus apologist". When did I say "Klaus should be excused for all of his actions because he is good" ? I am saying him showing a vulnerable and good side to him is good for his character development and overall quality of said character is improved. He is a monster, sure. But he isn't "the devil in disguise" despite how much he claims to be.
ReplyDeleteMarcel brought up a really good point to him last night and so did Rebecca.
Celest or however you spell it. Elijah's girlfriend was a witch...
ReplyDeleteThe fighting scene was great - what made it even better was the same song they used for the promo of Strike Back S3.
