I wish they would finish the songs like they used to do. Whoa. A whole lotta soap tonight. Things are moving way faster than last season with a lot more story lines. I wish they'd slow down the pace, show complete songs, and not get into the new, peripheral characters.
So, its a train wreck waiting to happen, but I like Juliette/ Charlie. It was awesome that Juliette told Charlie she didn't need him to fight her battles, Charlie's decision to fire the perv was a smart one (albeit sweet gesture). The guy was a lawsuit waiting to happen. I was really disappointed he rehired him. Rayna's love life is getting complicated, so you know its not going to end well. Someone is going to get burned and that will probably create a lot of drama later. This especially because she keeps picking guys who have some influence over her business - Liam and her album, Luke and her artist Scarlett, Deacon and her on stage music. The Teddy/Peggy storyline is still boring.
Juliette is a hot mess: I like her best when she's vulnerable but it was nice seeing her standing up to "Santa". I felt so bad for Maddie and when Teddy finds out she reached out to Deacon, he has noone to blame but himself. Teddy was just so increbidly inconsiderate of her in this episode. Everything Peggy related is still boring. I liked the dynamic between Deacon and Avery, not digging Luke/Rayna and Maddie with Deacon was just precious. Will could have havndled the situation better but i'd be lying if I said they didn't deserve it.
Deacon and Maddie! Eek! I really wish Rayna would own some of the responsibility, though. Blaming him per usual and making it out to him like he is on eggshells and then call him crying about how Maddie needs him and they have to do this... shouldn't that call have come about 13 years ago? She had no right to smile at them bonding when it was her who kept it from happening to begin with.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Awesome, Awesome, Awesome
ReplyDeleteWoah! Where the hell did that come from? …I am speechless.

ReplyDeleteIt surprised me. I didn't think we'd see another bisexual/gay character .
ReplyDeleteAgree. :)
ReplyDeleteThat ending was STUPID! Like wtf?

ReplyDeleteI think Juliette was set up by that couple.
ReplyDeletePeggy needs to go away.
ReplyDeleteI'm so ready for the "Three way" between Juliette, Charles and Olivia, make happen writers. I love that twist at the end.
