Awesome, episode everything was on point Castle should know by now he's not going to win when it comes to Kate the ending was oh so sweet, enjoyed it!!!
I love how mature and adult Castle is this season .... so much better than the stupidity of season 2 - 4 when plot contrivances were keeping them apart.
I loved how Kate voiced her opinion about the Hungry alpha predator. I loved how Rick took her into consideration as he replaced something totally his for something totally theirs. I feel Kate's move to the loft is imminent.
I wasn't overly wowed by the COTW however I love, love, loved the Caskett moments, they were beyond fantastic. Favorite line: Castle: Hey, listen to this: males of the species define their territory then honor the female by inviting them in. See I'm honoring you by inviting you into my territory and Linus is part of that territory. Beckett: And if you want to be invited into my territory again, you should probably rethink that.
When the premise of the victim's book was stated, I was afraid that the themes of the episode would descend into gender essentialism and evo-psych. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't. :)
They really have. They just seem so comfortable with each other, there is no wondering any longer, they know that they are there for each other...always.
Loved all the Linus, elephants, territory banter:) Loved the sweet gesture in the ending:) The case of the week had me guessing till the end, so...a great episode!:)
I think my favorite part of Castle is the bromance between Ryan and Esposito. I loved the dialogue between them and how Esposito's first instinct was to push Ryan out of the way of the bullets.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
