Interesting and intriguing. Figured there should be some kind of endgame to this season beyond Peter Pan.
It seems now they are drawing inspiration from Fables comic Mister Dark story arc, which had the characters accidentally unleash the manifestation of boogeyman into the world, just after the previous villain gets defeated (the previous villain happened to have it trapped)
Yeah, I am thinking Rumple wants to imprison Peter Pan in it. It would be hilarious though on if something is already imprisoned there(and quite likely) and by imprisoning peter pan, something far worse gets released from it.
Don't get me wrong, I like it that they seem to be switching things up, but does it always have to be the world's largest, biggest, baddest something? Because the moment they say that, it becomes awfully hard to believe in the next "greatest, most incredibly amazeballs thing" that comes along.
This is really interesting. I was wondering what the rest of the season was going to be about since it looks like Neverland stuff will be over soon. I'm going to guess Rumples has something to do with this.
I'm glad they're switching things up quickly, though it sounds like Pan and Neverland will have a significant presence in the second half of the season as well. Actually, I have a theory that Pan is going to somehow transform Storybrooke into a "new Neverland", hence the title of one of the upcoming episodes.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
So this is what the second half of the season will be about?
ReplyDelete'The World Darkest Evil?' - Hm, my guess it's the season 3 promo pictures?

Maybe this is the object Rumple and Regina sent Ariel to retrieve to help them defeat Pan.

ReplyDeletelol, good one.
ReplyDeleteHmmm... must be what Gold needs Ariel to get from his shop?
ReplyDeleteWhoa. That's a very significant "fairy-tale" item.
ReplyDeleteI completely agree. It never pays to hype things up too much; leaves you with less to do later on.
ReplyDeleteLOL!!

ReplyDeleteI think this is just the object that Ariel is searching for in the next episode!
