Wes Ramsey (CSI, Pretty Little Liars) has been cast as the male lead opposite Lauren Ambrose in Lifetime’s backdoor pilot Deliverance Creek from Nicholas Sparks Prods and Warner Horizon. It centers on Belle (Ambrose), who attempts to defend her family’s land by any means necessary and is pushed into becoming an outlaw by the corrupt bank that runs their town. Ramsey will play Nate Cooper, Deputy of Deliverance, Missouri and one of the few men left behind to uphold the law during the Civil War. Also cast in the pilot is Christopher Baker as Cyril Balfour, a soulless, sadistic and scarred renegade.
