Thanks to Darkness for the heads up.

  1. Maybe she can finally guest star on Castle as Agent Shaw. She should be at the wedding!

  2. I like the way you think.

  3. Of course once ABC picked up the three stupid comedies which i don't watch for full seasons it was over for BOP. Screw you ABC!!!

  4. Body of Proof was simply not doing well enough for ABC at THAT TIME. Yes i'm sure if ABC looks back now they probably would've been keeping this on Tuesdays than premiering Lucky 7 there, but ABC didn't know. There's no point saying "ABC should've kept this instead of picking up Lucky 7 or whatever" because you never know, it could've worked, but it just didn't.

  5. I don't think comedies affect the dramas...

  6. If you remember before they picked up the full season on the goldbergs.trophy wife and the third comedy ABC was considering reviving it bur after the announcement we got this news

  7. I never really thought it stood a decent chance of returning, it seemed too complicated logistically. I still think ABC made a mistake and the fact that they even considered bringing it back suggests so. Too bad. It was a simple procedural, but I found it really enjoyable. The third season, in particular, was very good.

  8. While I agree, I think that only goes so far. I mean, we ALL knew that Lucky 7 (and Betrayal, while we're on it) would flop. How is it possible that everyone here on the internet, who does this for fun and whose job is not to program, could call it but they couldn't? That is baffling to me. At the very least, they should have understood that at least one of their DOA pilots was likely to flop and that they should keep a backup. It would be one thing if they were loosing money on BoP, but the fact that they considered bringing it back suggests that they were not loosing money, they were just not earning as much money as they thought they could do with another show. It was a stupid move and, yes, we're speaking looking backwards, but even back then, I called it and a lot of people called it. They were incompetent for not calling it themselves.

  9. No, there is no correlation. ABC will still have more than problematic spots come spring in which they could use BOP. And unless you thought ABC was going to axe 4 comedies now (very unlikely), they would always have 4 comedy hours come spring. BOP coming back was always a very long shot, logistics are just too complicated for something like that to work.

  10. I would like that too, those were some of my favorite Castle episodes ever. I do however suspect that she is not on the best terms with ABC. Even in recent interviews, she was bashing Lucky 7's numbers and saying that they should have kept BoP around (and she is right anyway) .

  11. Oh, I see. Well, it would really be too bad, since she had a great dynamic with both Stana and Nathan and Shaw was a Caskett shipper even then. Fingers crossed, though!
