    would like some new characters as don;t want to see any of the main ones moving away from the main show. Benny would be good though.

    I thought the spin off with new characters? Obviously there is potential for crossover with Sam and Dean but mostly I would imagine they would use some of the guest stars and given the more urban feel they have said the show will have Charlie seems the most obvious choice.
    Mostly I dont have any interest in a spin off so they can have characters they want and I wouldnt watch. The only time I possibly would watch would be if the Winchester brothers were to crossover.

    I don't know what you exactly mean by spinoff (that's the now?) but I chose Bobby Ellen and Jo and Death. I assume Jody is coming back, maybe I heard a rumor-I'm uncertain. I like daddy Winchester but I'll say this without sounding cruel John's time had came. I voted for my heart with Ellen and Jo, I know their time had came in the most heartwrenching way but I couldn't resist.
    Death should come back, it may be awhile. By the way he has great interaction with the boys especially Sam.
    Bobby! that must be the top priority, I knew it when I saw the premiere and I did not want to proccess that, but he really needs to come back :)

    I don't want Castiel on a new show. The entire reason I fell in love with him in the first place was because of his interactions with the Winchesters! If they wanted to give him a spin-off, they should have done it earlier in the game (like the end of season 5). He's too much of a main character for them to do it now.

    I would like to see a spin-off with Samuel Colt I think that would be pretty awesome to see the origin story there. Other considerations would be some form of Men of Letters spin-off, or a Gabriel (Trickster) spin-off, I mean how cool would it be to see the Trickster going around and giving people there just deserts, plus they could definitely explain some of the history between Kali and the other Gods.

    None of these type of polls make any difference except to think about what it would be like. I think having a spin off without ANY of the characters we love it not good, but that is just me.

    I would go for Cas, Bobby(in so form), Kevin and Jody Mills. But if none of those are available I would choose Garth, Becky and Missouri. As long as Cas is the lead.

    I voted for "Other - Leave Comments" to express my desire that there be no Supernatural spin-off. The show does not need a spinoff and honestly Supernatural needs to focus more on recovering creatively. Every character who is still alive I would prefer to keep on the original show. Besides, the spin-off is supposed to star new characters should it go to series.

    Voting for none. The spin off, if they insist on having one, should have new characters and be allowed to become an entity of its own, beyond the Supernatural legacy.

    While I'd love for Misha to find a role worthy of his ability, I'd rather it wait until Supernatural ends. Sam, Dean and Cas all need to be with the show until its end and they need to be together at the end, the way a family should be.

    It is a moot point I guess but since I heard that the new spin-off is supposed to deal with more monsters and humans interacting or something, then I definitely have to say Benny and Jody Mills are two of my top picks for it from this list. I think especially Benny is a rich enough character, well-liked enough, and has little enough back history within the Supernatural story to make him a great candidate for the spin-off.


    For me, both Castiel and Crowley are too entwined with the Winchesters' story to be taken away from Supernatural. Plus I will admit just the fact that I want them, especially Cas, to be with Dean and Sam. Since Season 4, Supernatural for me has become about all three of them and it just wouldn't be the same for me if you take away any one of the three.

    I'm one of the few fan that really liked Jo and would have loved down the line for her to become more to Dean than a little sister. When she was dying and he kissed her on the forehead I was talking to the TV...just kiss her. Was happy to see that happen.

    Too bad this isn't a poll about new cast members! I'd really like to see Desmond Harrington (who played Quinn in Dexter) in SPN or in the spinoff series. I don't think that counts as a vote, but whatever, I'm voting for him anyway. I hope they don't bring back too many old characters, I'd love to see a whole new side of the SPN universe.

    I thought the young John & Mary would be interesting, her showing him the ropes, but that would mess up canon even more than Carver has. lol Your idea makes more sense.

    They are making a Supernatural spinoff. It will be set in Chicago and the backdoor pilot will air on Supernatural toward the end of s9. (9x21 IIRC) Jody is back on Supernatural for 9x08 (and hopefully many more!)

    The problem is, all the characters I like I want to keep on Supernatural! But I did vote for Jody Mills, because she is egregiously underutilized on Supernatural. (Seriously, in all of season 8, they stuck her in for one lousy minute in the very last episode, just so Crowley could attack her, and then they didn't even show us that she had survived the attack, we are left to assume that she did.) So if she had a regular role on the spinoff, that would be worth it, and it would make me watch it for sure.

    Yes that is my feelings also, we need someone from the original show. I would try it anyway as I loved this type of show, would have to see how it went. I wonder if Revolution gets axed if Eric would be involved, would love him back with SPN.
