    I voted for Beckett but I LOVE Martha too! So very much! But it's also quite hard to choose since the show thrives on the interaction of all characters - the banter, the wordplay, just everything! Beckett would only be half as enjoyable without Castle!



    Also, a little nitpick here on the side: it's Beckett, with an 'e', not an 'a'! ;) Just sayin' lol

    I love Castle but I had to go with Beckett. Very big honorable mention to Martha though, I adore every time she is on screen, always amongst my favorites, I think she is hilarious and surprisingly very wise when serious.

    Arghhh it's too difficult Castle is so fantastically quirky and amazing buuuut Beckett is so kick ass and fabulous. Then you have Martha who is sophistication and mischief all rolled into one. I went with my heart and went with castle :D

    beckett of course, castle because he is sooo cute and martha ... i couldnt survive without martha!

    but beckett is an amazing character with her background, the dialogues ... her cloths, stana's hair ...

    I have stopped watching a couple of shows, Memphis Beat & Rizzoli and Isles, because the family was so awful, that is one of the things I most enjoy about Castle..his family. Both Martha and Alexis are so much fun and add greatly to the show. Voted for Castle & Beckett though.

    As much as I love the whole cast, that one is "duh" - Beckett and Castle!
    Honorable mention goes to Martha, I always love her scenes, the funnier and the more serious.

    So glad we can vote for 2 as I would really struggle to choose between Castle and Beckett. I really love the whole cast and they have always done great on the guest stars too. Overall just a great show!!!

    Well Alexis wouldnt be on my list either. Even Pi is more enjoyable.
    Hm ... about Gates ... in the beginning I really liked her because she was hard, headstrong and so on, nowadays she's a little bit too soft for me.

    Ryan, Esposito, Alexis, and Martha. Alexis is the reason I started watching the show because I didn't like Rick until he was a great dad to her. Later it was the partnership of Ryan and Esposito that kept me watching. Funny enough, neither Rick nor Kate were ever the big draw for me.
