In the first part of The Oath – “Alone”, Paul and Karina escape their ravaged and overrun camp, but a mortal injury sends them on an urgent mission to find medical help.
Hmm, okay I suppose. It wasn't as good as Cold Storage or Torn Apart.
That door said 'Don't Open Dead Inside' (or 'Don't Dead Open Inside' ;) ). Are we supposed to infer that this was the same hospital that Rick woke up in at the beginning? So, Rick was actually in a room down the corridor while this webisode was taking place? Remind me, how long was Rick in a coma for? Must have been longer than I thought if this woman has been there systematically killing passers by for this long already.
Nah Rick would surely have been in the hospital, because he saw that message on the door when he woke up. Also, @Nick Bos, I think it was the same hospital because it has the same 'cafeteria' sign above the doors. I think I just misjudged how long Rick was actually in that coma for. It was quite a nice twist really, it just confused me.
Yh but when rick was there, there was a bed outside his door and there wasn't a door in that corridor with a bed outside. Pluss when rick woke up he went downstairs and outside but in this one it was on the ground floor. Also when rick looked down a corridor there was doors in the corridor separating different wards. How would she not see him inside the room he was in did she not even look. .
I have to disagree with you there. It's not the actual hallway Rick walked out of from his room. He walked down a hallway to that hallway, which means he was away from that area when it was all taking place.
Rick woke up, walked out of his room. Down a hallway, saw the dead body, found the counter and then found that hallway with the doors. Plus, from the show above, it shows that they were on the "second" floor from when she's in teh room talking about killing that girls father.
Yeah, it's said that he was out for about three-four weeks as the infection began to spread around the world and then an extra month without life support afterwards because of the comment Morgan made about the gas and mains being down.
It's a really confusing timeline if you ask me, but someone on the internet made a timetable that made relative sense :D
Took me forever to find somewhere I could actually watch it, but the only thing that doesn't make sense to me (as a couple of people have noted) is how if that lady was in the building did she not find Rick in the hospital room?
And is she the lady that was eaten behind the double doors? Considerin that there was only ONE dead body that Rick found when he was stumbling half dead out of his hospital room >.<
you just have to google them.. here's one, http://www.tubeplus.me/player/1965683/The_Walking_Dead_Webisodes/season_1/episode_6/Everything_Dies/ and spoilertv has some..
On the contrary I would say it makes perfect sense instead. I always pondered how come Rick still had a functioning IV bag by the time he wakes up in the first episode, with that nurse being around well that could explain that... somehow. Completely unattended for a month or so he would have died from starvation and dehydration while in coma.
its not the same hospital just the same writing, at least how i intepret it because ricks hospital was a large building with human corpses outside that have been put down with a choppa next to it, not some in town surgery
It has to be ricks hospital, as you can't survive 2 months without water, the woman in the hospital probably was looking after Rick, as those water bags only last a few hours, also the fact before the apocalypse Rick had three water bags, when he woke there was one
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Wow. And now we know how that hospital door got locked. Thanks. So excited for the new season.
ReplyDeleteThat was utter perfection.

If I remember correctly, Rick was out for a month into the whole zombie apocalypse.
ReplyDeleteI guess Michonne wasn't the first to use walkers. I really liked him.
ReplyDeleteMight have been the same hospital, but took place way past the time Rick was there.
ReplyDeleteCan't be the same hospital. Can be the same guy writing that on doors

ReplyDeleteMaybe she did see him, but just thought that he was dead so she didn't do anything about it. I mean, he was pretty dead looking when he woke up.

ReplyDeleteGet MediaHint. It allows you to watch US-restricted videos.
ReplyDeleteIt isn't the same hospital - its a retirement home.

ReplyDeleteThis is wrong. I mean Rick woke up in a big hospital in Atlanta right? This is a small hospital in woods "
ReplyDeleteNo, Rick travelled to Atlanta. Also if anyone would check the wikipedia they'd know it was the same hospital
ReplyDeleteThat was brilliant. I like Paul's character. I'd think he would be great addition to the main show!
