What they should make is promos with the rest, with Caroilne, Jeremy, Bonnie, Matt, Tyler... I'm bored to see always these three. Ok, they're the protagonists but we are already in the fifth season so people know the rest of the cast. I just can't afford the fact that Nina, Paul and Ian are the best of the best because it's not true!! We have an amazing cast, all of them!.
While I watched it I kept thinking that it was a PG version of a True Blood promo. Then I remembered True Blood's Season 2 finale promo/Depeche Mode "Corrupt" music video (circa 2009). It's not exact...but it's close.
TVD's promo here doesn't seem very original and unfortunately, neglects its great cast ensemble (again). Shame on the CW Marketing Department.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Uh...okay?
ReplyDeleteI would have liked to see Caroline in this as well
ReplyDeleteDamon Salvatore <3

ReplyDeleteI like this show, but even the music choice makes me think they tried to emulate in some way True Blood's opening sequence.
ReplyDeleteWell...That was interesting... XD
