Oh, for f*ck's sake. Jeremy needs to suck it up and tell the truth. His friends are starting to count on getting help from a person they don't know is dead. That can only end badly.
but as far as he's concerned she's still pretty much there. She tells him what to do and practically lives trough him. It's not his decision if it's not her wish.
"It's not his decision if it's not her wish." Bull. Jeremy is not (and should not be) Bonnie's lapdog and his responsibility is to the living. The worst that happens if he speaks up is that Bonnie's feelings get hurt. The worst that happens if he keeps his mouth shut is that his friends and family may be physically hurt or killed waiting on someone's help that's never going to come.
totally agree... this plot of keeping everyone in the dark because Bonnie doesn't want to bum out her friends is lame and wont change anything when they eventually find out and serves only to put Jeremy between several rocks (their friends) and a hard place... and most likely in danger eventually I'm guessing. I just hope that the writers aren't planning to bring Bonnie back to the living (perhaps once they eventually vanquish Silas).... enough already.
Thankfully, if I'm correctly picking up on the clues from spoiler columns and the synopsis for this episode, I believe Jeremy ends up telling Damon the truth about Bonnie in 5.04.
Maybe the group will learn to use sources other than Bonnie for a quick fix-it for once... It was really annoying and convenient plot device when they expected to use Bonnie for every little problem that they had.
If I remember correctly, a main reason why the producers "killed" Bonnie was because her powerful magic was becoming too much of an easy fix for all the show's supernatural problems.
I can't wait til someone finds out that Bonnie's dead. I think it'll be Damon by his reaction in the promo. Jeremy has to tell him. This has gone on long enough.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteI have no way of saying how happy I am that Matt FINALLY after 5 years has an actual storyline instead of just being a sideplayer :D
ReplyDeletewell...it's not just his fault tough. It's Bonnie who is incapable of hurting her friends as well
ReplyDeleteBonnie doesn't have a say in the matter. She's dead. It's up to Jeremy to do the right thing. Jeremy is the one still living so the burden is on him.
