The Tomorrow People - Episode 1.04 - Kill or Be Killed - Preview and Teasers

After last week's extravaganza of an episode, 'Kill or Be Killed' continues at the same level of brilliance, with twists, action, and an ending that will change everything.

As much as last week's episode was Cara-centric, this week's episode focuses on John. As with 'Girl, Interrupted', we learn a lot through both flashbacks and events in the present day, with events occurring in both time periods that are quite shocking. Alongside these developments, the Tomorrow People and Ultra are dealing with the same threat. Killian McCrane, a Tomorrow Person who can kill. McCrane has a history with John, and so John leads the crusade to catch him. In order to do so, he has to something the group feels uneasy about.

While the group deal with McCrane, Stephen has his own problems. Despite being able to increase Jedikiah's trust in him, he has to deal with a lack of trust from his mother. Having found an Ultra key card in his room, Stephen has to invite Jedikiah over for dinner in an attempt to get his mother to trust him. As one can well imagine, it becomes rather awkward.

A few teasers:
  • TIM frustrates Russell, and it's funny to watch.
  • The fight scenes in this episode are quite fantastic,
  • "I know you're not trying to upset me Stephen but you are."
  • "How about I be special tomorrow, I gotta get home for dinner."
  • "There are a lot of things you don't know about me."

Be sure to watch episode 4 of The Tomorrow People, this Wednesday on the CW 9/8c.
