Rockmond Dunbar‘s first Mentalist episode hasn’t even aired yet, but the Sons of Anarchy actor has already earned a permanent place on the show’s call sheet.
Dunbar, who was initially hired for a three-episode arc, has been promoted to a full-fledged series regular on the CBS procedural, TVLine has learned exclusively.
As we previously reported, he will play Dennis Abbott, a no-nonsense FBI Supervisory Agent who isn’t impressed by Patrick Jane’s skills or charm. His first episode is slated to air on Nov. 10.

Does this mean Eli will get killed off on SOA?
ReplyDeleteOr will be do both shows since his role on SOA isn't main?
Can't see why he would want to try be a Regular anyways on this show because it might be it's Last Season.
ReplyDeleteI don't remember how many times the definition "...who isn’t impressed by Patrick Jane’s skills or charm." has been used for character infos :)
ReplyDeleteBy the way, Rockmond is really good in "Sons of Anarchy" and I think he will fit in "The Mentalist".
I think Bruno Heller is sure about the green light for the next season :)
ReplyDeleteno fbi agent has ever liked Jane, so why add another one? for the same type of conflict again!!!
