  2. Let's be honest, Alicia always treated Will like crap, always picking cheater Peter over him and now backstabbinng him with the firm.

  4. I can understand Alicia wanting to leave the firm, but she really handled it poorly. I can't help feeling sorry for Will. Diane and Alicia were two of his closest allies and he was betrayed by both of them in one week. I have to say that I really miss the Will/Diane partnership and I hope they can solve their differences. I usually don't like Peter, but I can't blame him for wanting to defend his wife. He also pulled some strings to prevent Diane from having to denounce Will in the interview (unfortunately too late), so I don't get the impression that he's been out to get Will.

  8. Mind his own business? He's her HUSBAND! lol. It's very much his business how other people treat his wife. I commend him in this scene for being a man and standing up for his wife. Good on him. Regardless if Alicia is in the wrong, his job is to defend her anyway. And good for Will, too, for not taking his threats. But I don't think Peter is in the wrong here.

  9. I think for once Peter is the only one keeping his nose clean. Things are going to get dirty in the coming weeks.

  10. They wouldn't be assigned to a courtroom where she presides due to the bias. Before any trial all those involved have to state before the court if they have any connections to any other members of the defence, prosecution, jury and the judge. If there is the potential for bias then someone is either removed or a new trial is commenced.
So no, Alicia and Will would never have a case in Diane's courtroom.

  11. Absolutely right. As much as I love Alicia, she didn't deal with the situation as she should have. I think first of all she needs to understand what is going on inside her and what are her feelings about Peter in order to be able have an adult relationship with Will (and not a toxic one) in the future.
