I am having some mixed feeling about there being trust problems. On one hand I am really happy about it. Lizzy has never completely trusted Red, but she was starting to - talking about personal feelings and opening up to him. It was like she was trying to forget all about the horrible things he has done - I was kinda disappointed when there was no fall out from The Stewmaker episode. From her perspective of last night's episode, it is realistic that they would fight about it. In fact, I hope that this fight isn't completely resolved next episode, but continues on until there is a reason for her to build the relationship again. On the other hand, lots of series, use trust issues as a way to drive up ratings and write interaction between characters. It gets old quickly. Just have to wait and see! So far, I have really liked what I have seen!
Yay, looks like an episode very focused in their relationship, which I am all for! And cool to see Robert Sean Leonard, he is always welcome in my shows!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
trust issue between Red and Liz is all time low....
ReplyDeleteI'm a sucker for all the Lizzie / Red stuff on this show so this episode is sure to be a good one for me.
ReplyDeleteGonna love next week, when she maybe says to go away then regrets it and wants Red back!!!
ReplyDeleteAw, Wilson! So happy to see Robert Sean Leonard once again!
ReplyDeleteI don't imagine Red & Lizzie's relationship is in a good place but i can't see them parting either..
