I can't wait for this episode, it looks like it would be hilarious and I know Jensen will bring the comedy gold in ways that will have me crying with laughter!
Also, is this the episode that is about Dean's past? Or is that later in the season?
Ummm. I will watch it, but from the promo I have even less hope than the previous episode. To be fair, Season 9 had 3 great starting episodes and the 4th one was still better than a lot of season 8. I am looking forward to Dean hanging his head out of the window.
These writers have no respect for thse two unique Winchesters. X
All they do is put them down with crappy stories that are supposed to be funny, but just make one cringe. Plus the fact that the writing team seems to have an obsession with dogs. X
Let's hope the doesn't turn out to be "Man's Best friend With Benefits," part two. Maybe they'll make Dean fall in love with a dog this time!! I sure wouldn't put it past them!
Well... that was extreme. Kinda disappointing for me, just hope they don't make him go around piss-marking his territory, or ask Sam for a walk!! (You'd think Dean was disdainful and wary enough of dogs to never do such a thing!!)
HA! Now whose the bitch now Dean?! And Zeke to the rescue again? This is becoming a reaaly bad habit writers. Well at least Dean/Jensen fans will finally get to see him play someone or should I say something else and flex his acting muscles. Are all the episodes this season going to be Dean or Cas centric?
True, but they had a completely different feel to them. X
The light-hearted portions were well-written and didn't come off as silly. They fitted into the flow of the episode very well and the boys weren't treated as idiots; the teasing was well-done and you could see that the writers loved the two characters. X
BDABR was a wonderful episode, a fan favourite; I'm not so fond of Yellow Fever because I hated the sad story of the poor ghost but it's still far better than the comedy oriented stuff we've been getting since Carver took over.
i am probably too excited for this episode. Its probably going to be hilarious. Supernatural seems to be good at taking what could be dumb storylines or episodes and manages to make them some of the funniest episodes, so I have faith this will be good
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
LOL at Dean acting like a dog. I didn't think they'd go that far (I thought maybe they'd turn him into one or something, tbh)!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for this!
I'd have much preferred they'd have turned him into a dog. That would have been fun. This just looks dumb.
ReplyDeleteYES this is what I've waited for this season. Some good old fashioned Dean humour :D

ReplyDelete*curls up and makes embarrassed noises*
ReplyDeleteI will be watching this episode through my fingers.
That's how I felt about tonight's episode, and I was pleasantly surprised by it. Let's hope that's the case for next week too, haha
ReplyDeleteHahaha :P This looks hilarious!!!Can't wait :D This is the episode where Sam gets his throat sliced/bitten!!I wonder how that will play out.
ReplyDeleteno, no, no, just no, that's ... I mean Dean... I can't...gosh, poor Jensen have to act like a dog
ReplyDeleteIs it wrong that from this promo I feel more sorry for Jensen than anything else?
ReplyDeleteAnother episode that ridicules the brothers.

The show's kind of put the brothers through silly stories from the early seasons on (Bad Day at Black Rock, Yellow Fever...).
ReplyDeleteOK, this one looks like fun, want to see Dean scratch his ear with his foot. lol
ReplyDeleteAfter last season I would be terrified of what they would do with a dog Dean.
ReplyDeleteDean will be fine just as long has Cesar Millan doesn't turn up. He still manage to evoke Ezekiel though.
ReplyDeletelol looks funny and awesome :)
ReplyDeleteTrue, but they had a completely different feel to them.
