Sources tell E! News that ABC and executive producer Shonda Rhimes are in the early stages of figuring out how to address Washington's pregnancy on the show. However, one insider insists it's "unlikely" that Olivia Pope will get pregnant, saying, "It would slow Olivia and the show down." We are told the most likely scenario is that Washington's pregnancy will be hidden and the production schedule will be slightly altered if needed. So far, no changes have been made to the production schedule, aside from Kerry taking this week off to prepare for her hosting stint on Saturday Night Live this weekend.

Good. Theshow is already pretty crazy (and amazing) without Olivia's pregnancy.

Maybe they'll trim down 22 episodes to 15 or 16 or something

ReplyDeleteI don't think they will cut the show they can always make Olivia go somewhere for a few weeks and they can shoot her scenes separately while she close to giving birth that way they can less the stress on her and the baby.

If they shorten the length of the season ABC will lose several million dollars in potential revenue. I think that's the last thing they'll want to do

ReplyDeleteWe as fans already knew Kerry was preg before u announced this she can't hide it anymore is why this came today all her clothes are loose now.I am happy for her....now how she's to promote the designer clothes she wear if the props are going to hide her....

This way the props of hiding it won't be neccesary.. all the designer clothes she promotes she can't if they hide them....I am happy for her..if they we're to send her away the door was open in the first ep. When her dad was sending her away for 8months but they closed that now..I'm one that which they write it in..give us the question of; Who is the father?
