    It's impossible to choose only one scene ;) I like all Diane/Kurt scenes, all Elizabeth Tascioni scenes, I love the talk between Will and Alicia about their sex in the office and the moment when Kalinda is testifying against that girl (I forgot her name ;) )

    This was entirely Diane's episode. All her scenes were fabulous, but two deserve honourable mentions: her showing up at the court house in black (Fiona Goode's approves) and the sequence from when she entered the office till she told Will about Alicia.
