  1. Another great episode, on par with last week. Anyone else get goose bumps when Sarah Clarke said "there's a lot you don't know about me Stephen." Calling it now that she's been a Tomorrow Person all along.

  2. Interesting background on John and the reveal that he can kill.

  3. pretty good ep. Enjoyed the John backstory. it was kinda obvious when Jed told John "you know what to do" that John had the capability to kill as well and I liked is explanation of why he left, but am wondering why it wasn't mentioned in his file - so you'd think that McCrane would've known that as well. the one plot hole that I wish that they would've mentioned/clarified for us was that they established in the pilot that TP powers didn't work in the Ultra bldg, so how was John/Darcy able to port in/out of it, and Darcy's telepathy in the interrogation... of course Stephen is different.... the part where John defused all the bombs was cool, but even though he might not have complete control over it , I wonder why they didn't have Stephen at least try to use his time stop ability......nice interactions with Stephen's mother (and maybe some foreshadowing?) but a plot weakness was that Stephen's father moved the family around alot to get away from Ultra, but his last move of the family was to the city where Ultra is headquartered? easiest to just not think too hard here, lol

  4. Loved it, very bad ass. Since last week with Cara's backstory, i was really interested to know John's, hoping that it would be equally good, but it was BETTER. Really enjoyed his backstory, and his scenes with Jed. Also I LOVE Jason Dohring, once i saw his name in the credits i said YES! I adore him, it's a shame his character had to go, I would've loved it if he stayed around more. Oh!! John being at FIVE places at once, i thought that was pretty cool, seems everyone has their own "special" skill. Stephen's mom saying he doesn't know a lot about her, definitely threw up a red flag. Idt she's in the dark as much as we think. I've actually never thought she was. I would like to know more about her and see what skeletons she has in her closet. Loved the cliffhanger tonight. Next week looks very exciting! I'll be there.

  5. I liked this ep. I felt we got alot of character backstory and it really fleshed it all out. John's backstory was good, and learning about his relationship with Jed. Looking forward to the next ep.

  6. Sarah Clarke, she has been a double agent not once but twice that I know of now, heck it might happen again. Once in 24 second in Covert Affairs!

  7. Enjoyed the episode, liked the backstory of John and Crane and his ability to kill. Is he gonna go dark side? I was kinda scared of him when he was in Jedikiah's car. The mention of Astrid only reminded me how irritated I was about last week's cliffhanger. Marla definitely knows more than she let's on.

  8. Liked the ep, but what made it great was Jason Dohring aka Veronica Mars' Logan aka Moonlight's Josef, one very bad 400 year old vampire.

  9. Really enjoyed this one. I wish we had more characters to learn their backstories ahah, because I really think the show worked really well these past two weeks with the backstories of Kara and John. I did not see the twist of John being able to kill coming, at all. I thought it was a really great one. Jedikiah's relationship with him is fascinatning because I truly believe they care for one another in some weird way, despite the fact that they try to kill each other. I loved that we got no school scenes or Ashley scenes this week. I hope the ratings pick up because this show is really good and it is the perfect companionship show for Arrow!

  10. I forgot to comment but I agree that Marla knows more that she is showing, for sure. As for John, I don't think he will go dark yet but long term, I think there is potential there because Jedikiah has too much of a hold over him I think

  11. Agree, the episode was great! I actually might have preferred Kara's backstory a little bit but this week was incredible too and had the added bonus of involving Jedikiah so much. I thought the five places thing was awesome too, yeah!

  12. I didn't guess the John's reveal at all but you are right that it was foreshadowed!

  13. Not sure if she is a tomorrow people or not but she definitely knows about them!

  14. I thought the exact same thing. This was the first episode where Marla (if I'm remembering her name correctly) was interesting to me. What's more, if she IS part of all this, it doesn't seem like Jedikiah has any idea. She could be secretly pulling the strings :)

  15. Now that you mention not having more characters, they really need to tell us SOMETHING about Russell, who pretty much doesn't get anything to do besides crack a few jokes every episode. He really feels like a tertiary character thrown in so the show can save face in terms of diversity (look, we have an Asian cast member! Never mind that we aren't doing anything with his character!). Of course, we're only 4 episodes in so who knows what the future holds.
