Whoa at that episode! I'm glad Nathan figured out she was Audrey quickly. Awww at the "I love you". And it is her choice! Nathan needs to accept that no one is going to kill him.
And damn it, Jordan, nice going with Wade (and oddly enough, I'm sad about him murdering her even though I hated her).
I love that Duke doesn't want Nathan to die and Nathan asked him to be there for Audrey when he was gone.
Whoa, I didn't get the bridge between Wade being an annoying guy who chose to stay where he obviously wasn't wanted to creepy psycho trouble killer. Disliked him even before he became el creepo but everything else about the episode was perfect. I knew Nathan would have figured it out quickly that's awesome let the romancing begin...and the trouble was really good this week I couldn't figure it out till the end. Best season so far can't wait for more.
This show is AMAZING!!! WOW! I love that Audrey finally told Nathan that she LOVES him! That was such a beautiful Naudrey moment! Also, Nathan figured out it's Audrey all on his own! YAY! And the promo for next week! Wow mama! I did miss Jennifer in this week's episode, though. Happy to see that she is back next week!!!
Oh great show. Just as you give Audrey her agenda back by actually spelling out something that should have been common sense - That her decision last season was HER decision and people should have honored it, you just HAD to end the episode by killing another female character to further another male agenda.
Freaking misogyny in this show is becoming unbearable.
Audrey/Lexie and Nathan - I enjoyed this episode. I'm so surprised the show let Nathan in on the Audrey/Lexie secret so quickly. I liked their semi-fight last scene too. I almost expected them to wait another episode or something, for all of this. I really like that about this show. It gets things done, but doesn't concentrate on just creating plot, it furthers character development too.
Crockers - Ugh, Wade is a bigger loser than I gave him credit for! Is he a drunk too? His thirst for power and importance, and his new-found lust for blood, firmly plants him in the villain category. I guess I should be happy that we have a credible villain now, with great potential for harm. The fact that the Crocker trouble so easily corrupted Wade, really makes Duke that much more special. Duke's a thoroughly incorruptible good guy.
Jordan - I actually was able to sympathize with Jordan in this episode. I didn't see her as a villain, but just complicated, like Vince. I felt really bad for her in the end. (Man, this show really does kill almost all of their recurring females, right? Don't kill Jennifer please!)
Guest stars - I missed Jennifer in this episode. But enough happened that it was okay to not have her in every episode. I really like that new M.E. Gloria. She's a hoot! I hope she sticks around. Haven needs more fun characters, to balance out the serious ones.
that's what you get for not listening to anyone, Jordan. Great ep. Glad the dude didn't die and really liked that the cure to this one was something happy and hopeful.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteDamn, Wade. That escalated quickly.
ReplyDeleteYesss! I knew I've seen the actor before but until now I couldn't remember where :D Good old times.

Honest question - If you hate the show so much, why haven't you stopped watching? It seems like all you do is complain about it, so stop.
ReplyDeleteAnd Wade has clearly gone off the deep end and was shown to be in the wrong and will most likely be killed for his actions.
Hah! Somebody posted they disliked how Laurel's character was written and she replied with WHAT A SEXIST COMMENT!!!!!1 It's laughable.
ReplyDeleteYour commentary is the highlight of my fridays.
ReplyDeleteOn a higher note, she had a lot less to say this week.
ReplyDeleteAnd yet you've been disparaging Jennifer this whole time.

I'm wondering after that last conversation, if Audrey and Nathan are going to talk about how Nathan killed there son.
