I love how Brennan is so happy. She is finally allowing herself to flourish and live a full life just like her mother told her. If she has had that picture since she was 8 years old then she isn't behaving out of character but rather rediscovering her pre-15 year old self, and its lovely to watch.
Ya know, I'm glad they carried through with Angela and her bad treatment of Booth. Brennan didn't let it slide. She talked with Angela and got her to rethink her attitude. She wanted her "bestie" to be back on good terms with him, and Angela had the grace to be a little abashed at her cavalier treatment of him over the broken engagement when Brennan reminded her that it was due to Pelant, not Booth's own feelings. Brennan was so sweet with her sharing of the dress she'd loved as a little girl too. We're seeing her softer side--although I too loved her acerbic retorts to Wells. He is pretty obnoxious!
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Aw, the end with Booth and Brennan was so cute! And I love that she chose a wedding dress she's loved since she was a little girl.
ReplyDeleteI don't like new intern.
And I can't believe I remembered the wife. She was in my favorite episode of Charmed, Chris-Crossed.
I think the best part was Hodgins are getting the bird scat.
