    I fucking love this series, I know stuff has changed but I feel it is for the better, forget Jason and Medea, that shit goes bad. Instead of Medea and family, they added Ariadne and family. Heck I would not even mind Medusa and Jason, or Medusa being good for as long as she can. And if not for long for her to return to being good after Jason saves her. This is long thinking tho. Anyway so far for me everything as been fine. I am looking at is as a new story using character names and Atlantis. Because personally the mythos of these character and their story as told is not all that good.

    It seems to be doing very well viewing figures wise, 4th most watched show of the week across the whole of the BBC in its first week I believe, only beaten by Strictly, New Tricks and Enders, with over nights for ep 2 only dropping 400K or so which isn't too shabby at all.


    From what I've seen on-line however it does seem that it has divided opinions pretty much evenly between awful and brilliant, which only goes to show how little an influence 'on-line fans' have on a show when compared to the general viewing public I guess.

    Atlantis premiered in Canada last night and aired the first two episodes back to back. I really enjoyed it and think Atlantis shows a lot of promise. I can't wait to see more of the show!
