  5. So Regina is Ursula, huh?

  6. Maybe just "Lana is Ursula", not exactly Regina.

  7. Yay, I'm glad everyone knows about Neal! I can't wait for everyone to finally team up! Together they have much better chance to actually save Henry.

Yesss! That should be awesome. They're amazing together, especially when they're hatching some big, dark plot. Come to think of it, when aren't they doing that?

Hmmm...as this is Once Upon A Time, we're talking about, I'm definitely not going to dismiss that theory.

My question is, who is the other prisoner in the cage next to Neal's? My guess is Ariel, but it could also be Tinker Bell.

  11. Adam Horowitz kind of confirmed it :)
Some fan went "crying" about the fact that he told once that Regina isn't Ursula. And Adam went all like "Indeed, try to read more in depth". Not exactly quoted, but something like that. ;)

  12. I really hope he tells Emma about Nealfire but... I'm not sure you know. He is still Hook, so... I don't know.

I'd love it if there were a more complex answer, though I don't mind Ursula simply being an alternate form of Regina. It would be cool if Ursula were a different character who looked like Regina because of some mysterious connection to her. There is some evidence to suggest this is the case - if Regina simply wanted to make Ariel a pawn in her schemes, why did she feel it necessary to disguise herself as an octopus lady? I don't see any obvious reason why she would need to conceal her identity. Plus, Regina's disguises are usually far more effective, concealing her face as well. It's very obvious that Ursula has Regina's face.
