It will be good to finally get some answers on Abby.
ReplyDeleteFinn is really attracting the dudes this season...
ReplyDeleteI think it's grown from what he walked in on in the opening episode. It's gets a bit uncomfortable in episode 2, and from the trailer to this one it's only going to get creepier. I get the feeling that the probation officer is questioning/experimenting with his own sexuality, but it seems an odd way to go for this series :s
ReplyDeleteThe probation officer is gay, I swear it was confirmed in season 4.
ReplyDeleteI felt something wasn't quite right with the story. I put it down to the loss of Simon, and the actress for Kelly having to leave.
ReplyDeleteHe said this in SFX this month
ReplyDelete“I was really disappointed with the start of series four. It was a tricky one because it was the new gang and there were massive problems with the loss of a certain character at short notice. The start of the series was not our finest hour by a long stretch, but we were only a few weeks out of filming when suddenly everything was thrown up in the air, so I think series four suffered across the board from a sudden scrabble to fix things.”
Which is a brave thing to admit really.
Ahh, ok. I wasn't sure if that was confirmed or not. Tbh I haven't rewatched s4 since it aired, it was enjoyable enough but I think the hasty rewrites to exclude Kelly and add Abby really do show unfortunately :(
